F-95 isnt new but is 3 weeks in. Only truly new supplements being added to MY usage to date is the Follidrone and the Amento.Diet: Lets face it, at 24 my diet starts really good, I start going out a bit, drink here or there, and epic food eating outings contribute to little speed bumps along the way but its just me attempting to enjoy life a bit. That being said I make it a habit to drink no more than twice a month, dont smoke, and its shameful how I never turn down food. I serious I get more food brought to me from patients, clients, and friends that its obvious the world wants me fat again but restraints will be used to make sure my goals are reached. Looking at keeping myself at 3800 cals and I am able to lose weight rather easily. May bump them up depending on hunger levels and overall recovery as 4200 has been my "Maintenance" area where Im not drained energy wise, but am able to eat until Im satisfied and not gain weight and see improvements in the gym.Carbs 332g (35%)Protein 380g (40%)Fats 106g (25%)Training is still unscripted as I like hitting One body part a day followed by 2 full body or combo workout days. I do strive to be active everyday but take breaks when the body is clear that its needed. Still working on my way to something bigger and better but growing more each day.
