Had been holding on pulling the trigger on this product for some time now and think Its about time I went ahead and put it to use. Looking to drop down to 215-220lbs by the end of July. Planning on doing a full Power meet and hopefully take a Strict Curl State Record (High hopes anyway). As far as expectations I am looking to keep strength and current size and continue leaning on out. Really believe 220 will be a good place for myself and still leave plenty of room to grow into. Going into my 2nd year training outside of football and still loving it.Supps I will be implementing: Follidrone: 2 caps PWO only (Didnt see enough reason to try 3 caps)Amento: 2 caps PWO unless combined with NorcoNocodrene: 2 caps early AM (Helps with my mindset and work and aids the goal at hand)Alphamine: Leg day and afternoon go to. 1-2 scoopsJoint Vitapak: Daily PacketProtein: Lets face it I have 2 list lls. That being said I make it a habit to drink no more than twice a month, dont smoke, and its shameful how I never turn down food. I serious I get more food brought to me from patients, clients, and friends that its obvious the world wants me fat again but restraints will be used to make sure my goals are reached. Looking at keeping myself at 3800 cals and I am able to lose weight rather easily. May bump them up depending on hunger levels and overall recovery as 4200 has been my "Maintenance" area where Im not drained energy wise, but am able to eat until Im satisfied and not gain weight and see improvements in the gym.Carbs 332g (35%)Protein 380g (40%)Fats 106g (25%)Training is still unscripted as I like hitting One body part a day followed by 2 full body or combo workout days. I do strive to be active everyday but take breaks when the body is clear that its needed. Still working on my way to something bigger and better but growing more each day. Welp hope anyone interested in checking out my journey doesn't mind the bumpy ride as I am expecting alot and putting alot into this.

Felt great, had the day off to clean and get some peace of mind. Great day overall and looking for more to continue. Training intensity was great but wont say I have noticed much in terms of a pump yet.

Honestly endurance and leg pump was too.....TOO sick. Conquer on leg day is a sick beast and I liked it lls. Could folli have boosted my overall volume, I wont say for sure but after a 12hour day on my legs working with patients something did. Norco and Amento PWO also had my mood vibing, and vein on blast! Theres no way this could be a regular thing as we all have "Great Days" but time will tell right?

For tomorrows chest session I plan on doing some Board press work but should I see what my 10rep or rep max period is? Want to give good ideas all around.

No deadlift video, some highschool girls where on the smith right by me and Im not doing Jail time lls, later hopefully.

Not alot of folks like em, I favor push press with more drive but want to be strong in both...ATM I don't feel I am quite yet

you're still young man, you have good strength for your age with such a large frame. I can imagine u probably have long arms, as do I, it took a while for my pressing power to really go up. You're moving the weight a far distance, which means more work.

As do I. I did strict press for so many years and I never felt 100% comfortable with my lower back and my lower back is very strong. I much prefer push and love the explosiveness of it. That is why I like cleans and high pulls so much as well.

This is very true, I hate it but I hate excuses even more but thats where patience and hard work comes in. I will be there sooner than people think, Just filling out this frame more and more lol

I love cleans, hate doing them in the YMCA though. Even after yesterday my lower back feels fine after deads, but Shoulder Pressing can lock me down for a weekend. Hopefully time will help me get more comfortable. Do you do your high pulls after your cleans?

I do. Generally it goes like this:

cleans
face pulls
high pulls
kettle bell swings

All that work obviously puts a good pounding on the trap, shoulders, delts, and upper back. So, I like to end everything with some farmer walks to get a nice pulling stretch downward.

Honestly only did Bw Back activities of different grip and width Pullups as my supersets tonight. Was a good session overall and I must say I used Alphamine and Hemavol with 2 Amento caps.....The pumps were not as good as with Conqu3r. I dont know what it is but thats the second time Hemavol failed to shine through as a true add in. Folli at 2 caps and the endurance today was great. My pauses felt stronger and I have no problem knowing that my concentric power after my pauses was definitely better. Will retest in 2 weeks with a little more weight.

Anything I am missing that needs to be added in folks?

Might sound weird but easier, my focus increases so much more. Only end up losing a few pounds on lifts but the joints thank me as well

Sat was one hell of a Back and Shoulders day, did alot of weights and even hit an outdoor Calisthenics session. Got alot done and even banged out some weighted pullups before heading out.
