First of all I want to thank Performance Labs for allowing me to log HyperMax. I will be using a GVT type routine and my routine will be like this:

Monday Inclined Bench
Tuesday Box Squats
Thursday
Seated Press[/B]
Saturday Deadlift I decided to go with 5/3/1 BBB
My goal is to get my D/L up to 325lbs.


I am going to start all my lifts at about 50% of my 1 RM.I will be taking 90 seconds rest between sets.My rest periods should go up as weight increase. I will be lifting early morning in fasted state.I will be dosing 2 scoops of Hypermax about 30 minutes preworkout.

Because of holiday Monday I will do Tues/Wed and Fri/Sat for this week

5/27/2014 Bench Day
85lbs for 10x10

Able to get all 10 sets

5/28/2014 Squat Day

Box Squats 135lbs 10X10

Notes

Trained in fasted state.
I was able to do all 10 sets but the last 2 sets were a b*tch.

5/31/2014 5/3/1 BBB Deadlift Day

Dead Lift 220 lbs 5x3 last sets 12 reps

Assistance Work
Speed D/L 95lbs 5x10
Good Mornings 95lbs 5x10

Notes
I take 2 scoops 30 minutes preworkout every work day.

Energy-the thing I like most about Hypermax is the all day energy it gives. I am a coffeeholic and with Hypermax I don't need it. This stuff is no joke at 2 scoops.
Pumps- I notice my forearms were more veiny today from the agmatine
The only side effect I am noticing is I have a hard time falling asleep.

Also today I was able to lift in the afternoon instead of 6am.

6/2/2014 Bench Press Day

Incline BP 95lbs 10x10

Notes
I was able to do all 10x10 with no problem.
I took 2 scoops of Hyper Max at 5:45 AM and started workout at 6:15.Also worked out in a fasted state.

Energy-10/10 I took the Hyper Max very early in the morning and again I did not need any coffee all day.
Pumps 9/10 Nice pump in arms.

6/3/2014 Squat Day
Box Squats 145lbs 10x10

Notes
5:30 dosed 2 scoops of Hyper Max
Energy 10/10 Energy still going strong.
Pumps 7/10 I never really noticed pumps on leg day.

Even though the weight is relatively light, the 10 sets are a bytch. I did manage to get all 10 but the last 3 were a struggle.

It lasts all day man.That what I really like about it.The days I take it I drink no coffee and for me I normally go through alot of coffee.I had to buy some ZMA for sleep lol.

That's impressive man! I take my one scoop at noon before my workout over lunce and agree that I never crash. No trouble sleeping for me though but I'm a sleep deprived parent of an 8 month old :)

1.5 is still most I've done in one shot. I could prob be fine with 1 scoop stim wise, but I want the other goodies.

6/7/2014 Deadlift Day

Deadlifts 250 lbs 3x3 the last set was a hard 6 reps

Assistance Work
Speed Deadlift 105lbs 5x10
Good Mornings 95lbs 5x10 really stretching my hams

Notes
Being able to lift in the afternoon and not on an empty stomach,I am able to lift more weight.
Energy The energy from Hyper Max is still there and the focus from the Choline is pretty good as well.

Notes
Dosed 2 scoops with added 4 grams of GMS on empty stomach.
Energy/Focus 10/10
Pumps 10/10 the combo of Agmatine & GMS are great for pump.

I haven't done box squats in a long time! They are great, I really think they helped me able to handle heavier weights. Have you ever tried pause squats?

Yeah I am doing the high rep box squats in hopes of boosting my Squat 1RM to 300.I never did pause squats. Also doing 5/3/1 to boost my D/L.I really need to learn the natural GHR. I got a bad shoulder and no matter what I do I having a hard time boosting my presses.

Any advice appreciated and thanks for following.

I broke my left shoulder about 6 years ago and it is just constant pain especially in the winter.
I'm not too familiar with broken bones. If there is scar tissue, maybe take a tennis ball to it and try to break it up to see if that helps with any pain.
