  3. Thanks guys. Thanks for checkin in T.. Still feeling like ****. Stopped @ the store on the way home this morning & picked up some herbal tea, Mucinex, and more EmerGenC. Hoping all of that will help me feel better. Slept till almost 1pm, so I'm hoping I'll be able to fall asleep in about 30 min. Gotta work overtime tomorrow. Needless to say, I won't be getting up @ 3am for the gym.. I'll sleep in till 4:30.

  6. MST Stack - Day 16 (not going to count the sick days)

    Weight - 172

    I finally made it back to the gym!!* Felt OK this morning.* On the way to the gym, I was thinking I probably could/should have waited one more day.* Still have a little bit of a sore throat & plenty of congestion.* I'm offtomorrow, so I could've slept in & then hit the gym.* Oh well, I'm glad I went this morning now that it's over.

    Hit chest this morning, but could definitely tell I was sick.* It sure doesn't take long to zap energy & strength!* I knew I wasn't going to hit any pr's, but I had the time & energy to get in plenty of volume.* I hit about 7 sets of both flat and incline bench at about 10-12 reps each.* I finished the morning off w/ 3 sets of 15 on the cable crossovers.

    For being not 100% yet, this stack really impressed me.* I had more endurance than I would have expected.* I ain't gonna lie, this stack is far exceeding my expectations!* I literally just need a caffeine pill or 2 & the rest is all taken care of by the MST stack!* Strength, endurance, pumps, and crazy vascularity!* Who could ask for more??!!

  10. Well, I jumped the gun too soon.. Back to feeling like crap! Went to bed last night feeling fine, just a little sore throat. Woke up about 3 hours later, coughing like crazy w/ a sore, scratchy throat. Got up this morning feeling worse. Right now, as I'm tying this, I'm running a low grade fever... WTF!!?? I really don't have time for this sick bs.. Supposed to be heading up to father in law's camp in Natchez, MS. Gonna kick back & relax the whole weekend. Hoping to get better by Monday to start this back up.

  11. I think I'll be able to get back into the gym tomorrow morning. Relaxed all weekend & passed this sinus infection onto my son. Poor kid is struggling with the sore throat part.

  15. MST Stack - Day 17

    Weight - 172

    OK, let's try this again!!* Damn, being sick really brings the suck!! *Hyde, thanks for the concern buddy.* It wasn't strep, just a bad sinus infection.* The throat is still sore at night, but I'm not running any more fever & the congestion has cleared a little.

    Yesterday's workout felt like I didn't miss a thing.* Strength actually felt like it was right where I left off.* I kept the weights down just slightly to keep the volume high.* Obviously, by now, you all know the pump us loggers are experiencing is nothing short of phenomenal.* Yesterday was no different.* The pump I got in my upper pecs was unreal!* The feeling this stuff gives me is awesome!* Seeing the pump in the mirror only makes me want to push even more to see how much more I can get!

    Hitting arms this morning on the way home from work.* Can't wait to see those railroad type veins running through my arms after the warmup set!

  16. Arm session this morning was crazy! I had freaking pumps on top of pumps!! The swoleness was off the charts! This stack is gonna be fun next week at the beach!

  17. Man I hit a really light set of seated leg curl at the end of todays workout, like 30lbs....for 50 reps. The pump was hurting it was so strong lol

  18. Just finished my shoulder workout. I felt great all the way through and the pump once again was unreal. I normally don't get a whole lot of a pump in my delts but today they were pumped full of blood!

    No pr's this morning but I'm also just getting off of three nights of work. Going inside now to go to sleep for my one day off. Back on days tomorrow, might just do cardio tomorrow morning.

  20. Not counting the sick days, I'm on Day 18. Just got home from a 2 mile run. Hamstring finally loosened up enough to get back out on the road. The 90 degree heat didn't slow me down! lol.. Time to down another gallon of water!

  22. Swole, swole, swole!!! Did back & chest this morning. Crazy sick pumps all around!

    The entire workout was basically one big superset. I started with incline bench, immediately followed by wide grip lat pull downs. 6x15 on all of those. After that, it was flat bench and seated rows. Again, 6x15. By this time, I was sucking wind & working up a good sweat. The vascularity was almost comical! I finally did some of those meadows rows that I see everyone talking about. I was already fatigued so I could only get good reps with a 45 on the end. Not a bad lift there. Definitely a different feel to it. For chest, I finished up with cable x-overs for one helluva pump!

    This stack has definitely been treating me well. Heading to the beach on Monday for the week. I think the condo has has a nice gym there too so I'll be bringing these pills on the trip for sure!

  25. Thanks! I'm out at the beach for the week on vacation right now. Just finished up a decent shoulder workout considering the equipment they have here. No free weights!!! All cables & machines. Made the most of it and walked away with a nice pump that'll last all day whilst chillin at the beach.

    I'm at Orange Beach, AL. By no means am I a huge person with a sick physique. But, this week, I'm feeling pretty Damn alpha! Let's just say this is no mecca for the physically fit! Lol.
