HAVOC cycle writeup

So I just recently bought 2 bottles of RPN's HAVOC and I'm pretty damn stoked to start it. I'm sorta new to this whole PH thing so I'm down for some information/help. With that being said this is my basic scheme of maneuver.

HAVOC
Week 1: 10, 10, 20, 20, 30, 30, 40
Following weeks: 40 till I'm out of the ****

I'm taking Purus Lab's organ shield, milk thistle, and saw palmetto intra cycle
I have Nolva, Finaflex Revolution Black, and DAA for my PCT
Also I'll be taking the usual multi and fish oil

My workout is a Push/Pull split and kind of an old school 5x5. I feel like I respond better to reps in the 8 and below range. So here it is
MONDAY
AM
•Fasted Cardio: 20 minutes
•PLP
PM
•Push Press: 5x3
•Squat: 5x5
•Incline Press: 3x8
•Dumbbell Bench: 3x8
•Arnold Press: 4x6

TUESDAY
AM
•Fasted Cardio: 20 minutes
•PLP
PM
•Power Clean: 5x3
•Rack Pull: 5x5
•Weighted Pull-up: 4x5
•Kroc Row: 2x10
•Alternating Curl: 4x8

WEDNESDAY
•Fasted Cardio: 30 minutes
•PLP
•Abs

THURSDAY
AM
•Fasted Cardio: 20 minutes
•PLP
PM
•Bench Press: 5x5
•Front Squat: 5x5
•Weighted Dip: 4x6
•Dumbbell Press: 3x8
•Dumbbell Incline: 3x8

FRIDAY
AM
•Fasted Cardio: 20 minutes
•PLP
PM
•Deadlift: 5 sets working to a single, double or triple
•T-bar Row: 5x5
•Leg Curl: 4x6
•Barbell Row: 3x8
•Barbell Curl: 3x8

SATURDAY/SUNDAY
•Fasted Cardio: 30 minutes
•PLP
•Abs

>Warm up: On the first 2 exercises except on Deadlift
-2x10 with #45
-1st set: 60% of work weight
-2nd set: 80% of work weight
-3/4/5th sets: 100% efforts

>Between the first 10 sets, do 10 Band Face Pulls after each set.

>Abs: x2
Plank: 1 minute
Side Plank: 1 minute each
Leg Raise: 20
Situp: 20
Oblique Crunch: 20 each

I'm starting my PLP at 10 reps apiece



I'm starting my cycle this Monday

Hey seen this has been on for awhile I was also planning on running havoc Epistane how were ur results any sides?
