    AgeForce has sent me 60 days worth of patches to try.

    Products ill be reviewing:
    AgeForce Hemeopathic Hgh
    AgeForce testosterone booster
    AgeForce Creatine/Beta-Alanine
    I will be taking no other supplements (except cheap whey protein), and no AAS.

    Program:
    I'm running a modified version of Joe DeFranco's Ws4sb. It is 4 day a week program with two upper body days and two lower body days each week. My goal is to improve the powerlifts and continue gaining size before transitioning into a peaking cycle for my next meet. I will post updates on here program-wise, but because I already keep a detailed training log on this site, I may just link that.

    Diet:
    I'm not a calorie counter, I just eat. High protein high carb moderate fat. I cook all my meals for the week on Monday and then I'll usually throw half a gallon of milk on top of that. Weekends are a free-for-all. I intend to gain.

    Height:5'8
    Weight:191
    Squat: 375
    Bench:290
    Deadlift:405
    Bodyfat: no visible abs but flattish stomach love handles are a thing.
    Waist:32" pants

    I am a powerlifter, so my long term goal is to Achieve a relatively lean physique in the 220 lb weight class and be strong as hell.

    I'm hoping these products improve my sleep and appetite as those are both lacking. Also hoping to improve my endurance and recovery to all the new volume in my program.

    Food intake was good today. Had 5 protein pancakes and a nutrigrain bar for breakfast before work. For lunch I did two tuna sandwiches (about a can and a half) with mayo. Sweet potato fries on the side with a bit of salad. Pre workout I did some string cheese and a big glass of cranberry juice. Sitting to dinner right now, macaroni and beef. Got about half my gallon of milk down today.

    Check out my training log to see what I did for my bench session.

    No noticeable changes from the patches. But I'm going to start using them before bed.

    If you scrub the site and wash before hand they stay on better and tend to disperse into the bloodstream better. I even use a dermaroller on the sites to help. Surgical tape over the patches helps for the sweatier of people ^_^

    I wore all 3 patches on my belly last night. They did stay on all night.

    It's been about 6 days now that I've had the patches on. So far I can't really notice a difference. Which worries me because beta-alanine ALWAYS gives me tingles. Still have a lot of patches left so we'll see. I'll get my weight tomorrow.

    Remember the dosage is much smaller and in the case of the BA its to help with the Creatine soak (similar to how taurine helps creatine), not as a preWO dosage.

    Weighed in at 192 today. So possibly up a bit. I have been getting some vivid dreams lately but those usually come and go, if they keep happening that could be a really good sign. But we'll see.

    Sex drive, energy, endurance all seems to be normal. But it's early to see much from these supplements anyways.

    All seems normal right now. I'm going to up my calories and increase my volume a bit. So far nothing noticeably different in regards to recovery or endurance. Weight is slowly creeping up.

    Well today I did my RE bench day. I switch every week between 95, 135, 185, and 225. Four weeks ago I did 76 reps at 95#, today I did 86 reps at 95#. So it's safe to say endurance is up a bit. Which is consistent of creatine, but I'm not 100% sold on it yet. We'll see over the next couple weeks if that sticks around.

    Weight is at 196 as of last night.


    Sleep is not improving (very bad right now actually)

    No increased sex drive or sense of well-being.

    Endurance seems to be up.

    Trying to keep up with this log but not a whole lot to report.

    Appetite up slightly. Sleep quality sucks. Sex drive normal. Endurance is up. Recovery is normal for the amount of sleep I'm getting.

    Weight is at about 196. Upping calories by a bit for the next few weeks.

    Weighed in at 196. Been feeling off with all the poor sleep lately but that's all being fixed. I'm halfway through what the company sent me and am yet to really notice the effects other than possibly the creatine, but even that doesn't seem as pronounced as most creatines I've tried.

    Ah well. I'll keep pressing on, who knows? I'm going to start really scrubbing the area down before applying the patches to see if that helps.

    Its weird you're not feeling it. The other loggers on the power patch been doing really well. I dont scrube the areas alot and even use a dermaroller so who knows. I also tend to leave mine on for logged (16 hours or so) cause I want to get every last bit

    I know from your comment on the beta alanine you felt maybe it wasn't working cause no tingle. Keep in mind cause you felt something with another supplement doesnt mean thats the desired result. For example the tingle with effect of alanine is NOT what is causing the endurance. In fact you have to build up BA in the system awhile much like creatine for the enduance effect. The tingle is a byproduct of BA, much like bloat is the byproduct of cjunk grade creatines (ie bloating is no more a sign the creatine is working that the tingle is of BA's endurance factor).

    However your honestly is admirable as is your desire to push on. Lets see how things go with the scrubing, might try doign the belly dosages as well.

    Still using the patches.


    Started my cut today.

    2 cups oats in skim milk
    2 fiber one bars
    1 can tuna on 4 slices Ezekiel bread
    Ear of corn
    Half pound of ground turkey on 3 tortillas with a little skim cheese
