    Ok guys this will be my new log. I am looking forward to this as I have used some of their products before. Looking to drop about 8-14 lbs in the next month. Currently btw 233-238. Want to thank the reps here for allowing me this oppt. I will be hitting gym up in an hr and will post workout. I took one cap this morning and have had a wicked solid energy all day long with son's soccer tournament.

  3. Omg this is unreal as hell. I sweated so much that it look like some one poured a 5 gal bucket on me. I hit over 2 miles cardio biceps and sauna.*

    Biceps:

    Seated alt db curls: 30 lbs x 10,10,10,10

    Seated ez bar preacher curls: 55 lbs x 10,8,8

    Standing hammer curls: 35 lbs x 8,8,8,8

    Concentration curls: 25 lbs x 10,8,8,10

  5. Today hit straight cardio and sauna. Use my sauana suit just the top part with a hoodie over it. Busted 26 mins treadmill 2.02 miles I was pouring sweat like id been thrown in the middle of the Outback!! I freeking love it!!!

  8. Is it a bad thing when your co workers ask if your on meth?? I don't know what the hell is in this stuff. But it's as close to the old xenadrine rfa 1 that i've seen in a long time. Potent would be an understatement. I take one fricking cap in the morning and I have energy all the way through my 5pm workouts. I hit up chest today with some sauna. I didn't want to leave the gym. Curves my appetite as well.

    Chest:

    cable flyes: 50 lbs x 12,12, 60 lbs x 10

    incline barbell press: 185 lbs x 8, 205 lbs x 6, 255 lbs x 4, 295 lbs x 2

    flat db presses: 70 lbs x 8,8,8

    decline barbell presses: 185 lbs x 8,8,8

    machine incline presses: 165 lbs x 15,12,10

  12. Hit up cardio day with 2.2 miles treadmill. I used a sauna suit just the top part along with my falcons pullover jacket. I felt the damn sweat just trinkle down left and right. Then did 15 min sauna. When I came out and took that darn thing off I probally dropped 2 gallons of water/sweat lol. Felt good though.

  15. Been a long as week at work! Going into the hot are two days and being in complete suit mask for over 4.5 hrs then hitting gym like no ones business lol. I been sleeping a lot better. I have been using a sauna suit just top part with a hoodie jacket over it on cardio days. Well Hell today I super hulked up and did 2.1 miles cadio treadmill with suit and jacket along with 12 minutes in sauna. I lifted that nasty thing off and about 3 gals of sweat came down. OH and this after busting out a shoulders and triceps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Shoulders:

    db presses: 55 lbs x 10,10,10

    db side lat raises: 15 lbs x 10,10,10

    seated smith machine shoulder press: 135 lbs x 8, 185 lbs x 6,6,

    seated shoulder machine press: 90 lbs x 8,8,8

    triceps:

    rope press downs: 100 lbs x 10,10,10

    reverse cable curls: 120 lbs x 12,12,12

    v bar press downs: 110 lbs x 10,10,10

    db over head press: 75 lbs x 8,8 6

  16. Today straight back day with sauna. Evwryones at the Beach or river well the gyms my beach!!! So far this has to be the most insane pwo since craze. As much as I loved that stuff, this is more intense. I feel like jason stathem in movie Crank!!!

    Trap bar deadlifts: 135 lbs x 10, and 185 lbs x 8 205 lbs x 6,6

  18. Today was just going to do cardio and sauna with sauna suit again and hoodie. Well I did 2.1 miles and 10 min sauna but then a 2nd burst kick in and I ended up adding biceps. Now this stuff is def working at a high level. I normally never do 2 miles of cardio plus lifts. On lift days i usually stick to warm up cardio maybe 10 to 15 min mile then hit weights but it's like I have so much energy that I can do this more times then not. Sweating crazy too.

    Cardio 2.1 miles treadmill

    Biceps:

    ez bar curls: 55 lbs x 8,8,6

  22. Going to try and hit chest today. I went to softball practice yesterday. First one since last Nov. I didn't have my left hand batting gloves and I be damn a dime and half size blister pops and is stinging like a biatchh!

  24. Oh i did brother. I taped that biatch and hit chest day and some body hit 300!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! on incline bench. Today didn't quite know if i was up to it. Just been a rough couple days. But with my Phenadrol kicks in i'm good to go.

    Chest:
