  2. Happy Fathers day to any of my bro's in here that are papas! Today went to gym after spending some time with baby Evan while the oldest spent the night with my brother. I hit gym up and had a wicked shoulder day thanks to my friend getting my lazy ass to try something new. No joke this about killed me and almost didn't think i could workout afterwards lol.

    Shoulders:

    Ok this was down by doing 5 complete sets without stopping only with a short rest after third set to grab a drink of water. We started with first set seated military front press quickly to standing straight bar uprights straight to push ups and repeated 5 times

    Front military barbell presses: 55 lbs x 8,8,8,8,8

    straight bar upright rows: 55 lbs x 8,8,8,8,8

    push ups x 8,8,8,8,8

    freaking crazy pumps

    seated db raises: 40 lbs x 10,10,10

  3. Today hit up 1 mile at track during lunch. It's hitting in the low 90's in bame with close to 90 plus percent humidity. Then after work went to gym and did 2 more miles on treadmill then some sauna. Going to sleep gooood tonight lol.

  5. Yesterday hit 1 mile at lunch at track hot as hell we hitting mid 90's temp but with near 100 percent humidty. The after work took my middle boy and we went walking around neighborhood. Today hit up Chest. Felt good and was feeling extremely pump. Chest:Incline barbell press: 135 lbs x 10,, 185 lbs x 8, 205 lbs 6, 245 x 5, 275 x 3flat db presses: 80 lbs x 6,6,6cable flyes: 60 lbs x 10,10,10incline machine press: 185 lbs x 12,12,12,12

  9. Hulks final review. First off this product along with their stimaholic pwo may very well be the best damnz combo i've done in a while. The strength of Phenadrol is def in my all time tops in terms of stim effect. Not to mention a sweated 10x more then normal. Appetite was mildy suppressed. I stuck with one cap daily. In the evening's i'd take scoop of stimaholic. In two weeks I have already got 11 friends hooked on stimaholic and now few are wanting to try phenadrol. Hands down the most intense pwo to date.

    Energy 10/10 You get the energy quick and seems to last but didn't make me crash afterwards

    appetite control 6/10

    focus 9.5/10 def got me through some tough days with this heat in Alabama and three kids and one baby on they way i'd be dead without this

    fat burning 9.5/10 I lost 9 lbs but notice big difference in body composition.

    Would I recommend this to people? Let's just say my first tatoo is going to be a stimaholic logo.

  22. Cool bro will do. Today hit up biceps. I was feeling rough still just lil sluggish latley. I got to the gym and to my suprise my lil brother was there to sign up!!! That pretty much put me in go mode. I was glad bc well if any one knows me I love my family man and to have him there was wicked cool. Although I think I may have hurt him lol.

  32. Man i don't know if it's bc my doc is one of the best around or what. But knock on wood lol see what I did there, but no pain yet. I felt lil discomforat bending but no pain yet. They got me on percodets. I feel off and on woosey. Chillin at home go back work Monday. Will start back at gym next wenesday.
