Been a long as week at work! Going into the hot are two days and being in complete suit mask for over 4.5 hrs then hitting gym like no ones business lol. I been sleeping a lot better. I have been using a sauna suit just top part with a hoodie jacket over it on cardio days. Well Hell today I super hulked up and did 2.1 miles cadio treadmill with suit and jacket along with 12 minutes in sauna. I lifted that nasty thing off and about 3 gals of sweat came down. OH and this after busting out a shoulders and triceps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
