  1. Yesterday I hit up straight cardio 2.2 miles and sauna. I wasn't even feeling it but know that if I get through the doors i've already won. So boom cardio is starting to like me lol or the other way around. Today took kids to the pool at aunt's house for swimming. Tomorrow lift day and some cardio as well.

    I need to start implementing MOAR cardio! Not getting enough of it in my routine atm and I'm feeling it

  4. lol I hate it some what but I am noticing finally a difference in the mirror. Damn scale keeps lying lol but I can tell a lot in upper body.

  6. Today battling some sinus ****z. Throat is clog up with that itchy crap from pollen in the south. I got some Albuterol last Friday through doc. I can't tell much yet but stuff makes you go crazy lol. I ended up hitting chest and tri's today!!

    Chest:

    Incline barbell presses: 205 lbs 8,8,8 245 lbs x 6, 275 lbs x 4, 315 lbs x 2

    flat db bench press: 80 lbs x 8,6,6

    cable flyes: 60 lbs x 10,10 70 lbs x 8

    triceps:

    v bar press downs: 120 lbs x 10,10,10

    rope press downs: 110 lbs x 10,10,10

    reverse cable curls: 110 lbs x 10,10,10

    over head db tri ext: 80 lbs x 8,8,8

  10. Packers, so how much weight have you lost? Are you eating at a deficit? Does this product make you jittery or is it just extra energy? Any other side effects?

    Took it at 5:30am this morning with breakfast.

    - Energy picked up gradually by 8am and has remained relatively high so far (almost 10am)
    - Had some increased salivation around 7-8am that has subsided
    - Periods of hot flashes/cold chills on and off
    - The thermo is intense... I've had to get up and go to the break room a few times to stand in the AC lol...

    So far so good

    So far I've lost close to 6 lbs. I tend to fluctuate a lot. But I'm sweating a ton more and when I take it the energy at first is strong and has you going but last for a good while. I can still sleep at night but I don't take but one cap and early in the morning. It gives you some intense focus as well.

  17. I've never ran the xan rf1....but had good results with oxyelite pro(the original). But the way it's sounded this should really blow that out the water. Think I'll run this after my halo cycle.........

  21. Went to track today at work lunch and hit mile of cardio at the track. Then after work before softball meeting, hit up treadmil for 2.55 miles and then sauna.

  23. After a couple of rough days down with sinus infection from hell, i managed to kick my butt to the gym. I ended up killing my biceps. I can barley move my arms now. I did something towards the end that I've never done thanks to one of my friends talking me into it. Now I wanta kick his arse lol.


    Biceps:


    seated alt db curls: 35 lbs 8,8,8,8


    standing ez bar curls: 75 lbs x 8,8,8,8


    standing hammer curls: 35 lbs x 8,8,8,8ez bar curls


    I forget what he called this variation, But using 35 lbs I did 10 reps wide, narrow, and then narrower, Did this 4 freaking times. So 120 reps when all said and done!!!!!!


    concentration curls: 25 lbs x 8,8,8,8

  25. Man you wan't to talk about hot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!! Son had a tornament today for his baseball travel team. Freaking 10 am til 4 pm we played and was in direct sun. I about melted straight to hell. Got home rested for lil bit and went to gym for cardio. I was tired but push out 2.2 miles and sauna. This boy wouldn't hardly ever mess with cardio and now i love it more n more.
