Thanks to Controlled Labs for selecting me to try out the new Cotten Candy purple wrAAth as I got the home stretch for my show June 7. I'll be starting it today with 2 scoops intra in 32oz water. Depending on flavor I may go to 64oz.

I'll be training 7 days a week with cardio at 6 in the form of either LISS or MIIT for 40min first thing in the morning. I'll assume ill be adding in some PM sessions here soon too.

Will post daily workouts and how I'm feeing. Right now I'm sore as FuKC....pretty much all over. I'll also get pics of on this journey.

Had a great arm workout. Huge pumps....stomach is a little messed up still, very frustrating. Here's how the workout went.

V-Bar push down

5 working from 20-12 reps

DB Curls

The rest of the workout was super sets

It's been 60min post workout and I still haven't eaten, feel nauseous. I'm not saying those has anything to do with PW, I've been force feeding myself all day and didn't sip on the PW until 6pm tonight.

Back workout went well. Pushed through it and not too sore today. Had a high volume leg workout today and I'm beat. Today is also a no carb day so I'm struggling. Muscle endurance was poop but good pumps. More am cardio tomorrow and will probably add in some post HIIT the. It's refeed time!!!!

Rear delts are a little sore today but chest is good. Got down roughly 600gr carbs last night and only up like 2lbs. Sitting 188.2 at the moment. Probably go a little higher on at a today for a heavy back and look dry today

Not too sore today, feels good. I'm going to foam roll my legs today as they're still feeling beat up.

I also took a scoop of PW last night an set it on my night stand with 2 scoops ModernBCAA+ bc I wake up 5,786,532 times to pee and take a pull each time I get up. Seemed to help with recovery from yesterday and wake up looking "fuller"

Not to mention it delicious with the watermelon :thumbsup:!

2 weeks. I just posted some pics in my prep log. I'll get mid day and AM (from today) up here in a while.

Pretty flat at 187 this morning but I fill up nicely through the day even on just 130gr carbs

The difference between 2 & 3 scoops is awesome!!!!

I've been doing 3 scoops the past few days and DOMS is almost non-existent.

I think I may have found my prep, intra go to. A much better taste and price tag than peptapro

I'll probably stick with the PP in the off season bc it's a complete protein source but I'm very impressed with PW.

I've got a heavy back session chalked up for today. I was nervous from heavy stuff deads on sat (post chain) but I feel rather rested. I'll be hitting some rack deads this afternoon.

That's awesome this is bdcoming your go-to supp. I think Purple Wraath is underrated sometimes.

To be honest, if there were a more compatible flavor to go with my orange mango glycofuse. I'd use 3 scoops in the off-season with an extra 10gr bulk EAA.

Lemonade maybe ok. Any chance I could get a sample or 3 somehow?

Hit arms today. Prep is really dragging, have little to no energy anymore but I looked sick today. I've got a steak and baked potato meal for tonight. Workouts have been great, I can't praise PW enough. I added 1 scoop ModernBCAA+ today and the watermelon/Cotten candy compliment each other great and adds a little high Leucine content

I'll be running out of my PW on Tuesday it looks like but that's ok b my last workout is Wednesday and it's kind of like a depletion workout. I've been cycling between 2 & 3 scoops lately. 2 on light days like arms or "pump" parts and 3 on leg, heavy back & chest/shoulder day.

Haven't appeared to have lost any lean mass in the past 3-4weeks. Weights dropped a little but am noticeably tighter & leaner. I'll save pic updates for show day. Gotta wow you motha fukcas lol

But seriously, PW helped me a ton get to where I was at. Really zero diet changes since I started PW, it allowed my to train harder and more often and I'll be using it this off season split with my peptapro
