Thanks Controlled Labs And Ae14 for letting me try this out. You can smell the product with it sealed and I couldnt wait to open it.

Had to stick my finger in for a taste and I must say that is a tasty product.

I will be using 1 scoop pre and 1 intra today and see how that works out for me.
Im sure I will change up pre,intra,post with this and also the water amount. Pre and post water can be controlled but most of the intra will be in my 20 oz stainless water bottle.

Pre shot and the full water intra. Taste is I sane wanted to eat my water bottle. Like I literally wanted to chew on it.
I liked it with more water not that less water was bad but it was perfect with more. Could drink it all day.
Sick arm day today and I went the distance. This should be a fun product to play with.

Off day yesterday for a massage. Recovery is noticed as I thought I would be a little more beat up from my massage. I might try and get cardio in today if I have time. Off work today so spending some time with the wifey.
