Behind the neck barbell press
105x12 155x8 205x6 drop sets 205x4 155x8 105x12
Shoulder press machine
Sitting facing the back rest
75x15 95x15 140x12 160x10 160x12
Standing db press
50lbs felt heavy as shyt at this point,
3 sets of 15
Smith machine burn out sets with db lateral raise super set.
105x12 155x12 starting failing on the third set
25lb db lateral raises inbetween each set for as many reps as I could (15-18)
Reverse pec deck
105lbs 3 sets to failure
Shrugs with barbell 225 3 sets of 20.
Workout overall was 9 my endurance is definitely better with wraath. I feel like I go into another gear on my last sets which I usually would have lactic acid built up. started MI40 last night, need to get on a consistent program for a while... i love doing iron marathons also so maybe ill switch it up we will see. mi40 is pretty tough though.back:

Barbell bench press
135x8 175x8 175x8 195x8+Nos with intentions 4010 tempo
Incline bench press 135x8, 175x8, 185x6+nos set- couldnt get a fourth set so i started the nos set
flat db flyes
20,30,35,35 x8 plus nos set at the end
machine pec fly- 75x95,105,105x8 then drop set (nos set) until failure
super setted with push ups 3x failure 4010 tempo
machine preacher curl
seated db curl
30x8 40x8 35x8+nos set
i was absoluety was taxed at the end of this workout....those nos drop sets were killer.
dosed 2 scoops pre and intra. cotton candy flavor cold is sooo good i cant wait to order one when i finish this tub. i have about 6 workouts left.

wide grip pull up with downward intention
6x8+nos didnt get the full 8 reps for each but got 6-7 on each set
two arm db row

my back is sore today that was a pretty intense workout for me. when you use that 4010 tempo its much much harder.

my triceps were on fire after this was finished. I dosed two scoops which seems to be the sweet spot. i used another additive for pre, noxygen. i think the noxygen and norvaline in the pw gave me a serious pump.

4x8+nos set assistance was needed super setted with wide grip lat pulldowns 85,105,120,140, then drop set

Dosed two scoops intra instead of 1 pre and 1 intra. i had a huge pump after one arm db rows. this product has not failed me even when my muscles have lolol. 40 seconds of resistance is no joke i like this style of training for sure. i have about 5-6 workouts left at the 2 scoop dosage so i will try to finish this log by the end of the week if possible. i am going to be picking up a tub of this because i like the profile and i want to finish mi40 workout program with this as well.

Well guys today is my last day with cotton candy it was a good run and I'll be getting more when I have the extra funds. I'm in the market for a new car so I'm pinching pennies right now. Overall purple wraath will be in my top 3 amino iv intrabolic and purple wraath.
Training fasted it's great and provides a good amount of energy
Not training fasted the pumps are great and my endurance has stayed up while I have started my cut which is always good. I've been on a stim break so I know purple wraath is the real deal. That's how I usually gauge bcaas if I can use it during a stim break fasted and I'm not dying at the end if my workout then it's legit to me it served it's purpose.
