I wanna give a huge thanks to ForeRunner Labs and Harbonah for giving me a chance to try out Alpha Hard and Reboot.

I started the Alpha Hard today.

1 cap an hour for 3 hours in the AM and the same for the PM dose. This will take some getting used to.

Starting weight is 179

Kill it Reg! I loved the 1st FRL stack they offered; doses had to be almost double the bottle requirements though to feel anything. Curious to see how these new products compare.

Sometimes I can't get all the doses in the AM and PM perfectly. When I can't I just try to space them out evenly with food in my stomach

My problem is remembering each hour to do it. I'm old though and I think I have problems with memory, I can't remember though.

I think that may be what I need to do. Haven't run labs in awhile. Bp has been normal or least according to the bp checker at Walmart

So I've got the dosing down pretty good I think. The alarm idea works great. Thanks kenpo!!

Today's training was pretty damn intense. I'm trying to shed some extra fat that I've accumulated by going high volume/cluster sets or at least my spin on them.



Music- Disturbed

Muscles Trained- Shoulders/Biceps

My first exercise I came up with was a seated curl ss with seated db press where I would do a 10x3 of each without rests between=1 set

(30x10x3 ss 40x10x3)x3

My arms were literally wanted to explode from so much blood :)

Incline Db Curls ss with Band Punches

(30x10x3 ss 50x20x3)x3

Preacher Curls ss with Front to Side Raises
(90x10x3 ss 20x10x3)x3

Guillotine Curls ss with Rear Delt Raises

(90x10x3 ss 25x10x3)x3

This was by far the hardest day for me to complete.

DB deads are super hard, man that's some good weight on those! Also your 1 are DB rows at 110, you definitely killed that session!

Thanks pete! I agree on the Db deads I would much rather do bb. I never feel like I quite have the form right with dbs

Ok so sorry for the absence I've had some personal things going on in my life but I was back at it today. Didn't feel quite as strong but did feel very aggressive and focused. My energy level was great!!

Music- 12 Stones

Muscles Trained- Chest with Dumbells and Bands. Rests were between 8-30 seconds

Flat Db Bench

Rest periods increased after the 4th set. My pecs and arms were really pumped from this!

Decline Db
80x12x4

Incline Guillotine Db Press ss with Incline Flyes

Was experiencing some tricep pain on this ss

High Band Crossovers

Felt effin awesome to lift again and have life back in order!!!!

Glad you're back! Are you finding the high rep lifts are working more to build muscle compared to heavy low rep lifts? Or, is this while on cycle only?

It's honestly just to change things up a bit. I'm so limited at home. Kinda sucks

Was able to go to my brothers today to train back and bis. I absolutely love that land mine attachment he has!!

Much easier for me to remember to take them. The dosing I would say imo is the only negative so far with the AlphaHard

Just do like i do get those 7 day aa week pill containers split up dosing in 3 or 4 of them pull out the correct one for the correct time of day. Try to time it around meals to make it easier to remember.

Things I've noticed so far....

1. Aggression is up

2. Anger is also up

3. Weight is staying steady

4. Strength is slowly increasing

5. Endurance is up

The first 50ish weren't too bad but from then on I had to rep out 10 quick then just hold the dbs and rest for a few seconds etc until I reached 100. Definitely harder than I thought it would be.


No sh!t, I normally use 10's. Hey Reggie have you noticed any lethargy?
Not yet, are you experiencing some lethargy?

Thanks guys! When life kicks you in the head lift something up and put it down. My training is about the only thing keeping me sane right now.
Yes, training helps me in those situations as well
