X Factor Advanced 3 bottle run

I have started a cycle of X factor Advanced on May 5th and plan on running it for 50 days. I purchased 3 100ct bottles of XFA and received 2 bottles of Peak Beta to run along with it

39 years old
5’10” 175lbs
BF 14%~
Working out regularly for over 1 ½ years and managed to put on 15lbs during that time with just creatine, protein shakes and food. (maybe 2/3 muscle and 1/3 fat)

Calories around 3000
Diet is pretty clean but not very creative. I like to keep things simple with lots of tuna, chicken, eggs and natural peanut butter. My carbs come from lots of sweet potatoes, whole wheat bread and brown rice. Veggies consist of baby spinach, red peppers and broccoli. Water at about a gallon a day. I don’t eat fast food or anything that comes out of a box.

My goal is to put on some overall mass. Maybe get to 185lbs by the end of the summer. Not too bothered with a little fat. To me six pack abs are a young man’s game.

I work out 4x a week with the occasional 5th workout if I’m bored
Legs/Shoulders
Chest/Triceps
Back/Biceps
Neck/Forearns/Abs peppered here and there

I will be stacking 6 caps of XFA with 6g of GMS (Glycergrow) and 2g of LCLT (Peak Beta) all PWO on workout days only.

Additional Supplements:
Allmax Creatine
APS Beta Alanine
SNS Fierce Domination
Mutant Mass protein shake

Future Supps: Alphamax or Anabeta

I will be putting my measurements up in the next day or two with a couple of before pics.

***My first week is done. I only dosed 4 caps of XFA and 4 caps of Peak Beta for the first week in order for my system to get used to it. Didn’t expect any significant changes although the weight was a little easier to push. I will be dosing 6 caps of each starting this week.

Absolutely, make sure to eat big while on arachidonic acid as it does have a strong nutrient partitioning effect for most users.

Can you run Ara that long. Wouldnt the inflammatory effect start to effect your health? .

You're fine running 3 bottles. Just about nothing on the market has the extensive safety data backing it up that ArA does. Realize we are talking 1 gram of an omega 6 fatty acid here...

I figured 16 workouts a month x 3 months = 48 days.
300 pills \ 48 days is 6 a day.

Btw DOMS hit full force today. Dear lord it feels like I've been hit by a truck!

I'm excited to run this as I've never taken anything except creatine. I want to log it because I plan on trying other things as well (anabeta, alphamax etc). I was tempted to add alphamax for the last month but I wanna try things on their own to see the actual results.
Very smart call, limit the variables to see what works and what doesnt.

Congrats on the added curl reps, expect a lot of rep and weight PR's during our XFA cycle!

Not sure. My pwo has agmatine + citruline malate, peak beta has Norvoline and i'm taking 3 scoops of glycergrow. It's hard to tell with all those pump agents.
I litterally double in size in the gym though! lol

I just read a bunch of sh'it about it in the past but worried about it making my psoriasis worse. But I think im going to give it a shot any way.

***Finished my second week of XFA. Today's workout was the best by far. Strength and endurance was definetly up. Could of added alot more weight to all lifts but will take it slow and continue with adding 5 lbs or extra reps per workout. Looking foward to week 3!

***Strength still going up. Seem to be leaning out a bit. Probably eating at about 2700 calories. Bodyweight is fluctuating between 173 to 176. Will count my calories better to reach my goal of 3000.

Way to kill it, I admire those who do delts and legs in the same day. I always need to make each have them their own day, I find both of those muscle groups pretty exhausting to train!

Yeah, legs are prob my weakest part. I hate doing them but you just have to do them. My goal is to reach 225x8x4 which I can easily see myself reaching.

***Starting my 4th week of XFA. Strength is still climbing and I am noticing a muscle fullness even after taking two days off. Pumps at the gym are absolutly crazy. Arms are busting out of my shirt. Bodyweight seems to have stabilized and I weighed in at 177 this morning. Excited that I still have 2 more months to go! This is gonna be nuts!

The second half of the cycle is usually where you'll see the bulk of your gains, since the effects are cumulative. If you are already impressed, 4 more weeks down the road you'll be even more pleased!

Man I can't wait. I'm actually going to tune down my reps and work in the 5-6 range. Might as well take advantage of these strength gains.
Also, I got my hands on some follidrone. Was thinking of bridging the two and starting it in the last 2 weeks of XF. I read folli helped with inflammation. Would this hinder the effects of XF?

If concerned about them possibly counteracting one another, you can always dose them as far apart as possible in the day.

How about 8 caps?
Yes, many have gone to 8 and that is fine. However, I recommend starting low to assess tolerance with any supplement. Additionally, you may find a point of diminished returns after 6 caps.

1 week is very early on, ArA needs to build up in your system. With the results being cumulative, rather than immediate, I fully suspect within about 10 days from now you'll feel things kicking in full throttle and seeing the changes in the mirror and on the scale.

Yeah, way too early. And taking more caps isn't necessarily going to make you feel it faster. I like to equate it somewhat to creatine in this regard. The best results usually take about a week of normal dosage to build up and kick in.

IMHO, longer cycles with lower dosages (ie, 2-4 caps per day) can have some interesting results too, if you have the discipline to maintain for the long haul. But to each their own, you know? It's not unheard of that some folks out there have gotten extraordinary results from high doses.
