I have started a cycle of X factor Advanced on May 5th and plan on running it for 50 days. I purchased 3 100ct bottles of XFA and received 2 bottles of Peak Beta to run along with it

5’10” 175lbs
BF 14%~
Working out regularly for over 1 ½ years and managed to put on 15lbs during that time with just creatine, protein shakes and food. (maybe 2/3 muscle and 1/3 fat)
Calories around 3000
Diet is pretty clean but not very creative. I like to keep things simple with lots of tuna, chicken, eggs and natural peanut butter. My carbs come from lots of sweet potatoes, whole wheat bread and brown rice. Veggies consist of baby spinach, red peppers and broccoli. Water at about a gallon a day. I don’t eat fast food or anything that comes out of a box.
My goal is to put on some overall mass. Maybe get to 185lbs by the end of the summer. Not too bothered with a little fat. To me six pack abs are a young man’s game.
I work out 4x a week with the occasional 5th workout if I’m bored
Legs/Shoulders
Chest/Triceps
Back/Biceps
Neck/Forearns/Abs peppered here and there
I will be stacking 6 caps of XFA with 6g of GMS (Glycergrow) and 2g of LCLT (Peak Beta) all PWO on workout days only.

APS Beta Alanine
SNS Fierce Domination
Mutant Mass protein shake
Future Supps: Alphamax or Anabeta
I will be putting my measurements up in the next day or two with a couple of before pics.
***My first week is done. I only dosed 4 caps of XFA and 4 caps of Peak Beta for the first week in order for my system to get used to it. Didn’t expect any significant changes although the weight was a little easier to push. I will be dosing 6 caps of each starting this week.
