Eyyy guys. I was lucky enough to be chosen to log the reformulation of Alpha Mass and Alpha Hard by Forerunner Labs. First off I want to thank Forerunner and harbonah for giving me the sweet opportunity.

First off a little background on myself.
25years old
175lb - fasted weight
12-15% bf
Been lifting for 5-6 years now


I usually train fasted around 430 am but I am trying to put on some muscle so I will be eating before the gym.


My stack will be:

I am currently on day 2 of the AlphaMass and haven't noticed much of anything yet. This morning I did back.
Had a pretty decent workout.

Have you started your run yet? I know mine really kicked in after week two
Yep this is day 6 on it. I have been sleeping great the past couple nights. Maybe I'm just worn out. Idk

A few things that I have noticed over the past week.
My core temp increases and I tend to start sweating about 10min after I take each pill. And I've been sweating like a beast in the gym.

My sleep has been really deep. I am able to remember my dreams which I usually can't.

Yesterday and today have been awesome! I really feel this starting to work. I went in today and hit arms. The weights just felt lighter today and I have had a solid pump for about 5 hours now.

Got 3 bottles of alpha mass and 2 bottles of 5-alpha test.

Just wondering is the alpha hard like the new 5-alpha?

Yesterday was legs and I felt great. My back was pretty needed up as I must have slept funky but I still had a pretty good workout. Just had to go lower weight on my squats

Also to note: I started this morning on the Hard as noted in my first post.

I have been noticing that I am super hungry the past week and that my weight has gone up around 3lbs. This could be just that I am eating more.

So I took the weekend off and headed home for my mothers bday celebration. Kept the pills going at 6each per day. One thing I'm noticing is lethargy. I have been so tired lately and can barely wake up in the mornings.

Weight are feeling lighter each day. I am going to hit some back and bis tonight!

Awesome bicep workout today. Pump was insane and veins were popping. Been eating nonstop as well. Another thing I have been noticing is that when I go number 2 it's been green every time. Anyone else noticing this. Lol

Sorry guys was out of the country last week for work. Got back at it today with a chest workout. I felt really good. Resting a few days definitely helped out! My phone died mid workout i got most of it down

I also seem to be holding more water weight.

I think I'm holding more water as well. I'll be finished up tomorrow so I'll be curious to see if it goes away within a couple days

Been crazy busy this week. My muscles are super full and super sore after every workout.

Started the reboot on Monday and I have about one more week left of the bulk. So far I am up about 3lbs bug I am eating nonstop.

Weights seem to be lightweight, as I am putting up more and more weight each time.

Also, the reboot smells horrible. Makes me gag every time
