Hey guys, just won the promo to log the new cherry limeade stimul8.

I'm just making the thread for now, I will start reviewing it once it comes in.

Here's my final review:

Seeing as I've used enough servings of this product I think I am safe to give a review. With the holiday coming up I won't be on here much at all so I don't want to forget to do this.

Here's the final scale, provided by the judgment day.

My flavor was cherry limeade

1)This product was easy to mix and I enjoyed the taste... 5/5

When I mixed this in a shaker there's nothing left. No excessive foam, no chunks stuck to the side, nothing.
I will say that when I used a spoon / cup, I had a tiny bit of sediment at the bottom.
Seeing as everyone has a shaker, and how well it mixes in a shaker, I still give it a 5/5

As for the taste, I was blown away. It was absolutely refreshing and I really enjoyed sipping it on the way to the gym.
So many pres these days taste terrible, and I throw the scoop dry into my mouth, and chase with water. With stimul8 I didn't like to do this, I felt cheated out of the flavor.
Easily 5/5 here

2) This product was a great source of clean energy/good mood... 5/5

The mood enhancement was the first thing I noticed with stimul8.
Driving to the gym with a huge smile on my face, loving life. As I got towards the end of the tub this was not as noticeable as originally, but still there.

The pick up on stimul8 was really smooth, never felt "rushed" or anything like that, just cool, calm, and focused. The come down was really easy as well, I noticed no crash.

3) This product helped me power through my training sessions... 5/5

I had plenty of energy to get thru all my sessions and move quickly. I felt great while training, love being at the gym.

4) This product enhanced my mental focus...5/5

Hands down where this product shines most. I had laser focus and determination. I haven't gotten that great of focus from a pre in a while.

I even used this to keep me sharp at work all night long- practically every night I had to work. Really did help, and I'd recommend it just for that, even if you didn't lift.

5) This product had great thermogenic effects...5/5

Drenched.
I'd do prehab and already be sweating profusely.
Cotton shirts = no go

6) I really enjoyed this product and would recommend it to friends and family... 5/5

Actually, a few people asked me about thermogenics, so I let them try a half scoop of stimul8... When you only use a half scoop at a time, you can afford to lend a few scoops out. So yeah, I already have recommended it, and will so again.
If that sale is still going I might end up just grabbing more of this stuff.

I must say I started with less than a half and now I use roughly a half scoop, maybe slightly more. I'm going to try 3/4 tomorrow and report back.

I think it got mailed today.

I'm not going to update my training in detail here, (unless you want me to.)
Otherwise I'll continue to update it per usual in my regular training log.

I just intend to comment on the effects of the supplement here. Day by day.
I also have the final review scale posted up on my first post. I'll use that after I have completed my tub.. Or if I stick with half a scoop, at least halfway thru the tub, because at half a scoop the tub will last indefinitely.

I am currently following John Meadows reactive pump program, (just like everyone else on this forum). I tend to take my time warming up but once I get rolling with my working sets my rest is usually only enough time for my training partner to hit his set.

Here's my last few training sessions, quoted from my log. The only thing that will change is that once I get stimul8 I'll use it inplace of alphamine, so that I can better gauge it's thermogenic and leaning effects.

Trained arms yesterday

The extensions were focused on the bottom half of the movement. Deep stretch, explode up to 3/4 lockout, slow negative.

with thirty second quad stretches.
The leg press was done wide frog stance. bringing down to the safety pins, pausing on the pins, and exploding off of them.
Leg extensions were done with the top half of the movement, focusing on flexing the quads.

These 8 sets blew my quads up. It was painful.

Started with super D day after squats.

Low handle 10 there high 10 back x 7

High handle 30 yards

High incline fast walk on treadmill for ten minutes

Didn't put any weight on the prowler. It has rubber pads on the bottom of the skis, and I'm pushing it over turf with a ton of rubber chunks in it. that plus no grip wrestling shoes makes it a bitch.

if it's warmer out I'll use the regular prowler on the concrete with roughly 150lbs on it.

Also like the extra chest/shoulder day in reactive pump. I am currently just rolling till I need a day off, or going 4 on 1 off with program 3.

The rubber matted floor was slick from humidity, making it damn near impossible to torque.

I started cistamax two days ago. Nothing much to report yet. I have been looking a little leaner and Fuller but I believe that's from adjusting my diet because I don't think you'd notice anything in two days.

Edit. Now that I think about it I just realized I've been really warm, more warm than usual. Might be the cistamax
Just got back from the Chiro. Got an adjustment, plus a.r.t on my glutes, hip flexors, and pec tie in, and traps.
My ribs were all ****ed up, and my pecs were super tight, which was keeping my pec minor from contracting properly. Hopefully this should help my pressing today, we'll see

I only took half a scoop today.

The first thing I noticed was the calm focus. I had plenty of energy to train, but I wasn't all hyped up.

I really liked that.

I'm looking forward to trying out 3/4 -1 scoop tomorrow.

I'll be doing some back hypertrophy and speed benching, along with the bandell bar.

Did arms Saturday and light chest/ Delts Sunday. That concluded the six Weeks of reactive pump.

I decided to deload this week, still training just not taking anything to failure/ straining at all. Not going crazy with accessory work either.

That quick hit was definitely not placebo. If I'm more then ten minutes away from the gym when I Stimul8 I'm gonna get side tracked....most likely kicking ass and taking names :)

I'm really digging this flavor.
I don't drink most of my pre, I'll just throw Scoop in my mouth. But I enjoy drinking this on the way to the gym.
I give it a few shakes, let it sit a second, and it's mixed really well.

Obviously humidity played a role but nothing makes me swear like Stimul8 so this doesn't surprise me bud.

Somewhere between 1/2 and 3/4 scoop is my sweet spot

Everyone seems to really be commenting on the crazy sweating and performance boost. I'm trying a tub soon :D

I just threw a little under a scoop of stimul8 in my mouth while driving to the gym today.
I'm not going to lie, I regretted it.

Not because it's rough as straight powder (I always do it), but because I didn't get to taste it.

Then I gave my girlfriend a scoop to try and I really wish I'd have drank mine.
Yeah, I love the flavor.

Anyway I got a great focus from the scoop, and my mind muscle connection was spot on.

i'm not sure if it's the stimul8 (or having added conditioning work a month ago) but I feel like I can move thru exercises much more quickly without getting fatigued.

Probably a little of both.

The first three sets of 225 felt great and I was in a really good groove, hips were firing quick today, right after clearing the knees, which is usually my technical issue with heavier weights.

The second four sets of 225 I had a band around my hips, and pulling me backwards, like herder does. I don't remember what he calls it.

Those were hard, and I think they got me out of my groove.
315 was way slower than it should have been, so I just shut it down.


Farmer walk:
50# per handle 60yd x4 (open palms)
100# x60yd x4
140# X15yd x2
140# x45yd x2

Grip slipped on the first set of 140, so I did a walk of shame back to the 0yd line

Another great workout Ace. I gotta admit, I enjoy the taste far too much to take it dry and chase with water. And I'd definitely say your conditioning with Stimul8 is propelling you.

It seems that a little above 3/4 scoop is almost too strong for me. It doesn't negatively effect my training (the opposite, actually) but I was shaky at home after.. Not sure if it was from training arms or the scoop but I feel much better now, the come down off this stim is very smooth. I'm still focused, and have ample energy, but i'm calm.


The calm focus from this is really my favorite part about this. This is where it shines above other pres that get you amped/ hyped. I prefer the calm focus, actually.

Woke up, traps and neck were sore from farmer walk.

warmed up with four rounds of sprints on the air sprint 15 seconds on 30off

Did a giant set for arms:

BB curl with fat grips bar x12

1.25 incline DB curl 20x6

A lot of guys find their sweet spot is at 3/4 of a scoop - so that does make sense.

Took a half scoop during work last night.
It was great, with all that focus I got a ton of work done, leaving my partner on the A.m. crew very well set up for success.

A few nudes..
abs starting to sharpen up a little... don't mind the fuzziness, took it on my phone.
I think I'll be nice and cut by the time July rolls around, after a few diet tweaks.
Conditioning and stimul8 are starting to take effect.
