  5. I found on my stimul8 run I had to work up to a full scoop over a few weeks, it was far too much for me and I'm usually pretty stim tolerant. Glad your enjoying it the ace. Looking good ace semi homo....

  6. I definitely agree on the difference between 3/4 scoop and a whole scoop. It took me a while to be able to handle 1 scoop and I actually prefer 3/4 or just under which makes the tub an even better buy :-)

    I trained some legs today.

    The heat, along with stimul8, had me drenched.
    I was sweating quite heavily by the time I had finished warming up.

    Took about 3/4 scoop today, maybe slightly less than that, and it's really all I need.

  11. Took 3/4 scoop stimul8 today, loving it.
    My dad broke into my stimul8 and took a whole scoop.. It was too much for him and he also commented on how he felt it very quickly.

    body comp changes seem to be accelerating lately thanks to my adjusted training, diet, and of course stimul8.

  15. Sorry for the lack of updates, i've been really busy lately..

    Took 3/4 scoop yesterday before training legs and it was actually too much, stim wise.

    As far as thermo though I was drenched to the point I was sweating thru my Spandex and shorts.. Keep in mind I put baby powder in my shorts to keep my legs from chafing / absorb sweat.

    The baby powder was no match for stimul8.

    I really am loving this pre- the mood and focus are incredible.

    A fellow baby powder user. Lol if I don't use that stuff the chaffing gets out of control.

    Was this the first time dosing 3/4 scoop on leg day? I bump my leg day dose down on leg day.

    No doubt, about time a pre-workout is made where most people can get away with 80 workouts... no other pre-workout I've seen that can last 3 months lol.

    we got a guy on another website, who says 1/4 scoop is his sweet spot (and all he can handle)...
    that would be (are you ready for this?) 160 freakin workouts!!!!
    even assuming you work out 5x weekly consistently, that would STILL last 32 weeks - almost 8 months LOL

  22. It was my first time using 3/4 on leg day and I also need to dial down any pre workout on leg day just because my heart is already pumping so hard from squats.

    I've done one scoop on my light upper day and it was Amazing.
    It wasn't necessary, but I had just woken up from working night shift so I needed some extra kick

  24. So today, a terrible thing happened. I went to grab my stimul8, but something was behind it that pushed it off the counter into my dogs water dish.

    Fortunately, it was sealed tight and I scooped it out of the water immediately. only the outside was wet.

    Took 3/4 scoop to power me thru my session today, but it was still almost too much. Back down to 1/2 scoop I guess.

    Which means this tub will last for quite some time.
