A big thanks to wasme and the finaflex group for allowing me to log one of their products. I've been on the forums for years now and i have logged several products. One of my fav companies has and always will be Finaflex. There Orbit Nutrition - Buy Finaflex (Redefine Nutrition) Crea-Trona Cheap! has been my staple creatine for last yr and half. I will start off dosing 2 caps day for first few days then go up to 4 caps split into morning and afternoon. I will log btw 3-6 days a week. Tomorrow will be lifting day so lets see what ole pack can do.

Haha thanks guys!! I'll post yesterday's log real quick. I used it finishing my last log up but i actually started taking these yesterday. I did 2 caps in the after noon.

incline barbell press: 185 lbs 8, 205 lbs x 8, 225 lbs x 6, 245 lbs x 5

flat db bench press: 65 lbs x 8,8,8

cable flyes: 40 lbs x 12, 50 lbs x 10,10

Ok so today hit up treadmill, 26 minutes 1.5 miles then shoulders then sauna. Felt pretty good today considering I got hardly any sleep!! Took 2 caps today.

Shoulders:

seated db shoulders press: 55 lbs x 10,10,10

lat machine pull downs: 135 lbs x 10,10,10

seated db side laterial raises: 15 lbs x 8,8,8

machine shoulder press: 70 lbs x 10,10,10

Pack, a suggestion for the purpose of the log - stick with 2 per day dosing to get the full 30 days period out. If you dose 4/day you will be on your last day when it really starts to shine.

Oh man, formula is so damn expensive, and doesn't seem to last long. Costco was our go to for formula.

My wife couldn't keep up with our boys so she quit breast feeding really early and went to formula. We got all ours from SAMs club.

i agree.....i have a little extra coin so probably going to get another bottle, but if i just had 1 bottle to run i would try to make it last.

most products of this kind give results on 1 bottle, but i've found that 2nd bottle is where they shine.

Today hit up some biceps. Couldn't do sauna as it was broke again. Had some great pumps and was really feeling my arms explode.

Today hit up cardio on treadmill. Then back workout with sauna afterwards. Had some great pumps and felt good the entire workout. I felt less pain today as well with terms of tennis elbow crap.

36 minutes treadmill. 2.2 miles.

back:

machine rows: 100 lbs x 10,10,10,10

reverse lat machine pull downs: 135 lbs x 10,10,10

db rows: 45 lbs x 10,10,10

face pulls: 100 lbs x 10,10 120 lbs x 10

Cable Curl Bar wide grip chest pull downs: 90 lbs x 10,10,10
