Come one, come all!

Received my package from brundel today; 30caps Follidrone, 30caps Tongkat/Boron- each will be dosed 1/day

Awaiting the arrivul (**'s it out if i spell it right?) of my Formeron now which I will run at 2pumps/day (1 AM, 1 PM); any application suggestions (where the best to put it is?) I decided to include form (w/ brundel's approval because I believe I'm having some e related issues, could just be paranoid; but better safe then sorry, eh?)

Next post will include some stats, routine, diet, etc

I'm currently sick, and have been for about the last 8 or so days, I just cut down for 197-200 to 172. Didn't like the beta feel so am going to "lean bulk" my way back to 200 (was about 180 before getting sick)

Measurements:
Arms: 15.2" (Right), 15.5" (Left)
Chest: 42"
Waist: 28.9"
Quads: 21.6"
Calves: 13.75"
Forearms: 11.5"

Starting Weight:
171.4lbs

These were all done unpumped this morning before any food. First time doing measurements lol

Diet: 5,000cal/day; 150g fat, 650g carb, 262g protein. IIFYM/Flexible dieting crew

Some Background Info:
Been training about 4 years now, the last 2ish being pretty seriously. Want to compete in Physique by next spring-summer time. Started @ about 125lb..

I would never sell a product I didnt fully believe in.
I did try to run a public trial with the Follidrone but before the ingredient was revealed not many people were interested.
Ultimately letting a bunch of guys run public logs will let the community see that what Im saying is true.
The research on this stuff is super strong as well so its not just my opinion.
If you judged the ingredient not by anything I said but just on studies it would be easy to conclude this stuff is gonna kick some ass.

The logs up so far look pretty strong. I have a feeling this is gonna be a new staple.

Maybe do 1 pump in the morn and 1 before training. Or 2 before training.
I love pre training Formeron.
Apply to upper chest, neck, delts. Use your wrists not hands to apply as anything on the hands is wasted.

Thanks man, PHAT's my go to routine (for plateaus, logs, etc). 5k isn't too bad if you time everything out. I'm going to make a vid on it on my YT channel soon, I'll throw it in here.

What do you plan on running?

Popped my first Tongkat/boron cap yesterday morning. Was with my gf that night... We went rounds lol. I'd say it works pretty well for the first day.

I'm also a bit of a stoic person (depends who ya ask I guess), but yesterday I had quiet a few people tell me I seemed oddly happy lol; idk if that can be attributed to the TKB or not

So I changed today's routine up a little bit. Instead of the "power training" meant to be utilized today, I decided to test for my 10RM for my "essential' upper body exercises (I'm going to test flat BP next chest workout). My last Upper Power day I will do these exact exercises, in exact order (so that way I'll be just as burnout on exercises) to test how my 10RM has changed on each exercise (along with weight, measurements, and pics I think this should give a pretty thorough analysis)

Also, snapped some pics, I'll upload later (for some reason I can only upload on my phone, not my Mac lol) and I'll post up my diet. Not going to post diet daily, but want to throw today's up so you can see a "sample" of my diet

Second pic (unless I have them mixed up lol) is a last and final shot of the shredz. Lean bulking so ill slowly lose them... :'( lol. Not that I really give a **** because size > shredz IMO :D

Late Nite:
8oz chicken breast
3/4cup brown rice
6oz yogurt
1/2cup Bare Naked granola

Totals:
5,046 calories
310g protein
630g carbs
144g fat

#'s were a little off.. Protein was too high, but nonetheless it's all good

EDIT: last meal was diff macros/calories are updated

Dose macros are insane lol. I never went passed 3,200 on a bulk. I can't imagine 5k.

My one buddy bulks on like 7,500!!! He's like 6'0 210... I couldn't imagine that. Idk his macros verbatim, but he's only eating 70g fat a day!!!!

Hyperextensions + calf raise

So as you can tell, my legs are a weak point for me. In all honesty I may have trained legs 10 times my first 2 years. Since then I've realized the importance of training legs (balanced physique, don't look like a dumbass, etc etc). My numbers aren't too good but Sept 2013 I was hitting 185x5 so I've progressed pretty nicely I must say. I do have a troubled lower back (which I believe in part is due to the lack of leg development I had for years, extremely weak lower back), so I don't DL ATM, but am doing various lower back strengthing exercises in hopes of one day being able to function properly and DL w/ out pain. Some weeks it gets in the way of leg training, but not lately. Anyway I had a good leg session (or atleast in my books), and performed my routine similarly today as I did yesterday for upper body (testing for 10RM's)

Results to this point:

So it's only 2 days in, but still wanted to give a little update on my experience this far

Follidrone: Can't say I've experienced too much outside of placebo thus far. Obviously it's only been two days so I'm not expecting to have blown up or anything. I have been getting some pretty nice pumps, and experiencing some pronounced vascularity (see pic from yesterday) plus had a sick vein running thru my quad today (never saw it before)

Tongkat/Boron: Increased libido. Big time.. It's been 3 days on TKB (I started a day earlier) and I can its defiantly kicked in already. Told you about the rounds the other night, and it's been that way since :D

Formeron: Still haven't received my form yet, tracking says she's in WA (but you know how well that works lol), I selected 2-day priority so it should be here tom, and if not then Thurs at the latest.

Still a little off :p but today was suppose to be my "cheat day"... Idk what to call it since I practice flexible dieting and usually my macros stay in line anyway so maybe a "cheat meal", (again though, IIFYM so wut iz cheet meal?)

Tuesday's are wing night for me though (1 dozen = $3.75; good wings too). I usually get two dozen alongside 6-8tbsp ranch, so my fats can get pretty high... Anyway didn't go today, first time in about 8 months :O so I think tomorrow we're going to hit Taco Bell/KFC to make up for it :d Any suggestions? Haha

Depends on alot of factors.
Generally itll give a positive effect.
I just got a message from a guy who failed a test for testosterone at 2 pumps per day. So he was above the reference range and probably his Epi to test ratio was off.

Well for someone in my scenario (not running anything hormonal), what would you think 2p/day would do to libido??

Its impossible to say. If I had to gamble Id say libido will go up significantly as it generally does with AI's. At least until estro tanks out. At 2 pumps it probably wont so...you should be good.

Had a nice lift today. Defiantly noticed a pic up in endurance. Through in DB shoulder press for the hell of it (first time doing it in about 2 months), and thinking I'm going to switch to it. I've been running smolov protocol for military press (the sets + reps, but not the frequency). Today was suppose to be 7x5 w/ 175, but only got 3x5.. Rough. So I'm switching to DB's until I can hit the 85's for 8-10 (my way of breaking plateaus.

About form; it seems after application I get a really happy feel, I really enjoy it. An uplifted mood :)

Accessory work

So I didn't write down any of my accessory work.. Usually on hypertrophy days I just go with feel (but also staying in my rep range, or close) so today's accessory work was something as such
Leg Ext 3 sets 8-12; additional set of 15+
Leg Curl 4 sets 10-15
Lunges 3 sets 6-10
Calf Raises 4 sets to failure

So was just all about that feel today

My phone died so I didn't get to write down the rest of my workout, but again it being a hypertrophy day, a lot of the exercises were just about dat feel.

First time dosing formeron pre-workout; FUUARKKKKK, I had the biggest chest pump (possibly of my life). I wanted to snap a shot, but like I said my phone died. I actually felt a little weak yesterday (I usually train with about 1,000-1,500cal in me), I went in fasted and a little dehydrated. Nonetheless, I think it's fair to say from now on I'll be dosing form pre-workout. Only running 1pump/day, Monday I'll be upping to 2pumps, get a weigh, and update my exp so far (as I did earlier)

I just cant do fasted training..or dehydrated.
I never train without at least 2 solid meals in me and I generally drink an intra workout blend.

At some point I want to do a pre workout mix and an intra.
Pre is starting to look like it may be on the horizon.

Never been much of an intra guy tho.. I can't train fasted either, it's terrible. Sometime ya gotta do what ya gotta do though

Formerons grrrrrreat. Taking a pump before bed and waking up dry as fuark
Ive been a formestane junkie for a decade.
Higher doses feel like winstrol or primobolan. Ive gone up to 500mg injected formestane acetate and its insane.
gotta run it with a ton of test 1000-1500mg though to offset the AI activity.

These days I dont run cycles but I still use Formeron with my HRT.

Felt pretty weak on seated shoulder presses (75x8), so I cut it there for that exercise. Good lift tho. Dosed 2nd pump of form tonight around 6PM, going to dose second pump right before bed from now on. Back has been a little problematic today, hoping its good tomorrow for legs. Weigh in tomorrow (forgot today)

Macros:

280g protein

Results to this point:

We are not 8 days in, just an update to my results/experience thus far

Follidrone: Pumps and increased vascularity (which could also be attributed to form, but I've noticed these before even starting form). No crazy strength gains thus far, but I'm expecting to see some by the end of this week. Endurance increase

Tongkat/Boron: Libido is still up. Rounds.... Stuff is legit.

Formeron: As I said pumps & vascularity I'll attribute to form as well. Form pre-wo is awesome :D

First thing Id do is check blood pressure. Go to a drug store like CVS. They generally have a booth with a cuff you can sit and test at.

How much water are you drinking? Many people lose tons of water weight. I assume this may be dehydrating and as such youll need to get about a gallon of water per day.

Thirdly have you recently discontinued any stimulants/ pre workout supps/ fat burners etc?

BP was my first worry. Checked it 118/81

Hitting about a gal + 1/2 a day. No discontinuation of any of those.

I have symptoms of a sinus infection/sinus headache. Going to start amoxicillin today. Can I continue supplementation with the products?
