Alright.

Got my stuff from brundel. Dosing is 1 cap follidrone and 1 cap tongkat/boron per day for 30 days

Unfortunately first dose was after the gym and after my first meal (2900 cals)

I log all food diligently.

Cals are 3400-3500 per day but rarely higher then 3500. That's the ceiling number

Training is consistent. But days are inconsistent. Meaning body parts rotate.

I'm doing cardio 40 min a week

Slowly cutting for summer. Debating if I want pics up or not. As I'm to fat for my liking

No 1Rm test because of my back

THere is evidence it helps burn off fat so..should be good.

Well I duno what happened but 2 hours after dosing I'm really hot and vascular. Nice feeling

Brief over view of diet

330 pro
300 carb
85-100h fat

3400 cals.

I train fasted

In the morning I do

Pre

2 scoops conquer
1 cap infusion x2 and
1 scoop noxygen and
3 caps aav2
1 scoop aminos by allmax

Adding follidrone and tongkat here

Intra
1 scoop OG enhanced
1 scoop noxygen
1 scoop aminos

Post I do 7 keto, and 200mg ursolic acid 2 caps recompadrol

Meal 1;

Generally always consists of
12 oz dry corn pasta
24 oz of some sort of meat
Condiments
Depending fat content I add cheese or sriracha or turkey bacon

In between meals aminos

Dinner (meal 2):

8-10 oz meat
1 scoop protein
Very little fat

That's its. It works for me

Damn, cutting on 3400 cals?
As a start

Only stims are pre workout. I'm leaning. Slowly but surely

I have some pretty interesting ways I **** with my diet.


End of the week i have a cheat meal.

My diets interesting
Tomorrow is chest day.

I had one on Wednesday too. Tomorrow is volume.

Sunday and Monday are both 1 meal days. Just how it works out. But I slam aminos every 2-3 hours.

Tuesday will be back to normal

Im reading more into the fat burning effects.

Felt like an absolute beast today in the gym

Tons of volume. Lots of weight

Must've done 40ish sets for chest. Couldn't leave the gym.

Weights felt easy today as opposed to last week but I start with different exercises and different orders every week. Tomorrow is back.

I did so much incline. And I have the veins back in my chest during flys

Side note:

Extreme warmth during/post meal

Post workout today was:

24oz ground beef that was rinsed and drained
12oz dry pasta (then I cooked it)
60g ketchup
118g cheddar

2755 calories may have a shake in a little. Maybe closer to 5. Then dinner will be a couple oz chicken to hit my marks

I need a little more fat but not much. So maybe tonight will be turkey bacon

I don't understand

I dropped one of my friends (female) at Zumba I trained chest

Her class was over, trained more with her.

So it was just a long day. Happens most Saturdays

I do the same thing. Fri/sat/sun are basically until I can't move workouts. Other 3 days are light

You ate a pound and a half of beef in one meal!?!?!?
I thought I ate alot at 10oz per meal.

10 Oz of beef is easy in one meal. Especially 80/20 beef with some no fat tomato sauce and elbow pasta? Mmm

10 oz yes. I do this at every meal.

24 oz....with a bunch of other stuff..not so easy.

Great workout today

I ended up rowing 4 plates and a 5 each side for 5 reps. ****ing heavy. It was on a seated row techno gym. That was the highlight if the workout for me

Fasting till about 8pm fr dinner. Another gym session like 6:15-7 for shoulders

Decided no fast since dinner tonight I can eat a filet mignon and sweet potato risotto.

I should be under budget at the filet is 700 cals. Unsure on risotto. But if it seems too fatty or whatever I may see if they just have plain pasta or potato

Feeling big and pumped all day

Cheat meals today (2)

Back to lower cals tomorrow 3300-3400. Adding a 3rd day of cardio at 20 minutes

Full on cut will start July
