    I may have to borrow that 100 rep finish at the end. Tomorrow is arms and I could use something a little new in there.

    By the 50-60 rep range 15lbs may as well be 50. Its a great pump.

    DIPS-bw-15x10
    INVERTED ROW-bw-15x10
    WALKING LUNGE-bw-20yrs x10
    One giant set repeated 10 times. 1-2min rest between.

    I took my 1scoop of Stimul8 then started foam rolling and band work. About 10 minutes in i was already sweating and feeling pretty happy. I decided to do a bodyweight day cuz i really wanted to get a good pump and just have a change from the norm. By the 4-5 set i was really pumped and feeling focused.
    Im up another lb(181) and looking like im leaning out a bit while adding muscle. I noticed the pump lasted for a while today and still no crash. I'll take it!

  25. No workout today. Just eating. I did take about a 1/2 scoop this morn instead of coffee. This worked pretty well. It got me out going and doing what i had to do.

  27. Ok so the last few days i have been resting my back(as per dr). I have mainly been stretching and foam rolling. This is really something i needed. I did do a rep/pump workout with the bands so that helped. I can only stay away from the iron a couple days and im going nuckin futs!
    I have been taking Stimul8 every day at 1/2 scoop. It really get me going and feeling better,even if i'm just doing band work. Back at it 2moro.

    Agree that training becomes part of your psyche after a while. When I don't train I feel "off".
