Well brothers I am excited about this stack but I have a slight bump in the road don't know what I did but have been having lower back pain that shoots down my left leg and today was rough pain was so bad it hurt to even hold my 1 1\2 year old daughter ...so as soon ad this nonsense goes away I will be banging out the log on a daily...

BTW awesome shaker so dang sexy with the stack!! 2 scoops speedx3 and 1 scoop of DA PUMP!! Taste AMAZING never tasted green apple this great ....
MAN this stuff is the bomb...Felt pumped and they were right on the tunnel vision focus...
Flat DB press : 50x20-60x13-65x12-70x12-75x12
Flat DB flys -45x20-50x12-repeat for set 3 then 40x20
Sitting DB SIDE LATERALS- 20x20-25x12-20x15-25x12
FRONT Raises- 20x15-25x12-repeat
Man was the Pump AMAZING!!!
LLat Pull downs -120x15-130x12-140x10-
Reverse Closer grip for same amount Weight and reps.
Hammer strength preacher curls-25x20-50x3 sets till failure
Hammer strength Lat pull downs 90x20-185x12-225x12-265x6
Hammer strength shoulder machine-50x15-90x12-120x10
20 min of cardio
... This was an awesome workout I am truly amazed of how this product is so great...I felt this the whole way and even 2 hours after my workout...

Hit up triceps and biceps . Boom 2 scoops SPEEDx3 and one pump scoop.
It was on like DONKEY KONG !!!
Started with flat bench skull crushers. Warmed up with just the bar for 20 reps then 20x20 then 40 x 3 sets of 12
Triceps were on fire . On to close grip decline bench press: 135x15-155x2 sets of 12 reps , in between 70 pound eze curl bar foe 3 sets of 12
Rope push downs 60x12-70x2 sets of 12 switched to bar on push downs 70x12-80x12-100x10
DB kick backs 25x 12-30x2 sets of 12 reps
Sitting single DB over the head extension 50x12-60x12-65x12
also did 20 min on eliptical .
All through the workout i was in the zone and man the tunnel vision focus is awesome and the pump was great. Loving this stack .

Forget international chest day Mondays are now leg day , so peaceful not fighting over a bench or dumbbells ..great leg workouts!

ZayFitness Monday Madness Legs!!
Did 20 min of stair master for cardio Felt all Tingly from Speed x3 and man the legs were pumping blood!
Started with Calve raises on Hammer Strength Calve machine 90x3 sets till failure man after the first set the contractions we so strong it just ignited my focus and energy even more..
On to more calve exercises : calve press 90x3 sets till failure : then Sitting Calve machine 45x2 sets till failure set 3 55xfailure to the max.
Then Standing Reverse leg curls with 50x2 sets each side 15 reps then dropped to 25 for the contraction focus for last set till failure.
Lying leg curls reverse :50x20-70x2sets till failure.
SQUATS : started with just barbell to focus on the quads 20 reps-then 135x15-155x12-185x10-205x8
burned out with 135x15-then just barbell at 15 reps
Last exercise Leg press: 225x20-265x15-305x12-325x10
This was a solid leg workout and the best part was the peaceful atmosphere without having to wait in fight for a bench or dumbbells i think mondays will be legs for now on maybe. I didnt go as heavy on certain exercises was really more focused on the contractions . Also watched new movements from Kai Green we all know he is a great teacher and bodybuilder. This STACK is amazing I love the stim and Energy focus and THE PUMP...AWESOME HANDS DOWN...till next time...

As promised chest workout.
Started with flat bench press warmed up with just bar for 20reps
Finished with135 wide grip for 15reps
On to incline chest press:-) 135x12-155x12 repeated last set for the same weight.
Dumbbell bench press 50x15-60x12-65x12-70x10
Dumbbell fly's 30x15-(low weight to get good contractions ), 35x15-40x12
Machine fly's -80x12-100x12-110x12
Hammer strength front press 135x12-185x12 then back to 135 by this time I was burnt lol then 10 min on treadmill...man I felt strong and confident on bench and have learned new technique and SPEEDYXPUMP never fails

ROUGH start this morning then took the kids to school then took 2scoops speed and 1pump and BAM results!
Starter with military barbell shoulder press warmed up 15 reps just bar then
50x12 reps- repeat then didn't like the angle I was in so I switched to dumbbell press 40x15-45x12-50x12
Dumbbell side raises 20x15 25x12-20x15
Front raises 25x15-30x12-35x10
Eze bar front raises 40x12-50x12 repeat
Upright rows 60x12-70x12 repeat .
Hammer strength behind the neck press 90x12-110x10-130x10
Bent over cable side raises 3 sets at 20x12 reps 20 min stair master.
Awesome workout ...yeah buddy

Back day!!!! Late start woke up late...
Started with lat pull downs 90x20-110x15-120x12-130x10
Switched to reverse grip at the same weight for all sets . back felt good especially getting a good stretch at the beginning.
Second was cable machine rows -100x15-120x12-130x12-140x10
Close grip pull downs 100x15-120x12-130x10
4sets of dumbbell curls 25x20-30x12-35x12-40x10
Hammer curls 30x15-35x12-40x10
Hammer strength lat pulldowns 90x20-135x12-185x12-225x10
That was it had a short but good workout was dragging but speed x3 did the job for sure ..then had a busy rest of the day ...
