So,
As many followed some of my back recovery thread you know the deal
Here's what's happening as a recap for you guys
2013: herniated l5-s1 central and left sided
2 week till no pain
2014 exactly year later;
Radiologist says : extrusion both sides
Specialist 1: protrusion
Specialist 2 : didn't give a ****. As long as no radicallar pain
Started nerve restore 3/4/14
Initial effects I didn't really feel first day or 2
I'm about 10-12 days in admittedly forgot a few times
Moving forward.
My workouts (although shouldn't be doing them) I started and kept it easy.
Slightly feel my back a little more. Which is good so I don't press my limits.
However. On the days I'm training with it, what I feel is so different from when I forget to take it
I'm unsure how/what it does to achieve , for me, a better mind muscle connection. But I will not complain. Shoulders and chest (mainly pressing) movements I've had problems feeling. (Aside from triceps).
This is definitely welcome
Growth, too early to tell. But I've definitely been getting a little more sore as well. It's interesting to note these things at least for me being that I'm still "going easy"
Will be taking today off from lifting and tomorrow BC this is generally the time I get hurt when going multiple days in a row (been 10 with a couple 2 a days)
Report back tomorrow
