So,

As many followed some of my back recovery thread you know the deal

Here's what's happening as a recap for you guys

2013: herniated l5-s1 central and left sided
2 week till no pain

2014 exactly year later;
Radiologist says : extrusion both sides
Specialist 1: protrusion
Specialist 2 : didn't give a ****. As long as no radicallar pain

Started nerve restore 3/4/14

Initial effects I didn't really feel first day or 2

I'm about 10-12 days in admittedly forgot a few times

Moving forward.

My workouts (although shouldn't be doing them) I started and kept it easy.

Slightly feel my back a little more. Which is good so I don't press my limits.

However. On the days I'm training with it, what I feel is so different from when I forget to take it

I'm unsure how/what it does to achieve , for me, a better mind muscle connection. But I will not complain. Shoulders and chest (mainly pressing) movements I've had problems feeling. (Aside from triceps).

This is definitely welcome

Growth, too early to tell. But I've definitely been getting a little more sore as well. It's interesting to note these things at least for me being that I'm still "going easy"

Will be taking today off from lifting and tomorrow BC this is generally the time I get hurt when going multiple days in a row (been 10 with a couple 2 a days)

Report back tomorrow

Today I took nerve restore 40 min pre workout

Had a great back workout!

This is quickly going to become a staple for my training days

I notice such better workouts on it and I honestly feel a bit stronger as well. Noticing on my lateral raises and one arm rows.

I'm feeling amazing on it. I've legit seen growth on all body parts I've trained. Apparent to people around me as well.
That's awesome. Was interested in this from the beginning. Now I gotta try it.

I've been taking it preworkout in order to take advantage of the acute performance effects of the rhodiola.

Keep us updated.

Well i have almost gone through my bottle of Nerve Restore, i grabbed one of Nutra when it first came out, as i had some sort of nerve damage injury a month prior lol lucky huh, and had bloods done was unsure what it was or something who knows. but it turned out fine ever since i started it all my lifts have gone up (im cutting) and my strength is amazing hardly hit failure at all and the nerves fire much faster rep speed and tempo is great i can really feel everything during my lifts, on pullups i can straight away connect and feel my lats contracting and shoulders pull back, same with squats, leg extensions, everything. it stacks great with CDP Citicoline pre workout, and add in some craze :p and you will have the workout of the gods. i really love this stuff and its perfect for helping your CNS to, if you lift heavy as **** its great, my squats have been hands down the biggest jump in strength by almost 10kg, from a PR of (140kg x6) during my bulk, 16 weeks into my cut and last week im almost 10lbs lighter at a PR of (150kg x 7), and (160kg x 5, almost full rom) , just to add thats alongside ArA, and Peak Beta+.
