Still very happy with Ferox at 3/4 scoop. This tub is going to last a long time! Mother Nature needs hormones! It's 14 degrees out!

I know I said this once but that is some awesome incline presses! I'm going to try this next chest day I think. Are you trying to bring up your upper chest?

Thanks guys. I really like the multiple level inclines. Thanks Reggie for inventing this.

Pete, I am indeed trying to develop the upper chest as I feel it's lagging. Next I'll be concentrating on inner chest.

Do you ever try feet elevated push-ups or meadows has stretch push-ups. I do a combination, feet elevated with your hands on sometype of bar about a ft off the ground so your chest can go lower than your hands for an amazing stretch plus your feet are elevated which is putting a lot of emphasis on your upper chest. I do these every chest workout.

Stretch push-ups sound interesting. Will look those up. I tried elevated push ups a while ago. They make a great finish routine. Thanks for the tips!

Hi Wicked! Thanks for joining in brother. I'm very blessed to have this gym. I'm out there every morning at 6 AM.

CnP Ferox is legit. I'm a stim lover and at 3/4 scoop I'm still having great workouts.

I'm still experiencing the analgesic effects of Ferox at 3/4 scoop. The joint pain I normally feel is either not existent or greatly reduced. Hang time has been around 4 hours.

We will see if CTFletcher's no such thing as over training is true. Will report on the DOMS in a few days.

He snow is melting quickly. I think it's going to be gone in a couple days!

Melting is much better than shoveling. Did you scream at your arms and COMMAND THEM TO GROW?!

Oh yeah, the snow gets old after a bit.
    Nice arm workout bro.
I'm not sure I agree with no such thing as overtraining. There has to be a method, but I think that with certain workout plans, one could perhaps overtrain.

Oh I agree that certain training regiments can result in over training. Will see what happens with my CTFletcher experiment. Thanks for being in my log BTW.

Low carb day yesterday and I felt a strength drop this morning. Without Ferox I'm not sure if I would have powered through.

Squat Day-back felt great throughout but used less weight anyway.
