    Military press

    Dumbbell flies

    Concentrated curls
    3 sets to failure @50lbs

    Over all went great had a massive pump low weights high reps
    That's exactly where I have mine too so they aren't that noticeable. Training until failure on Thunderbolt sounds really, really painful.

    It is a lot more than it sounds lolol but i ha been slacking so im trying to make up for it upped my protein intake and hope i see great results

    Today i did some chest

    Barbbell bench
    4x15 @170lbs

    Incline barbbell bench
    [email protected]

    Dumbbell flies
    [email protected]

    Dumbbell bench press
    [email protected]

    Cable crossover
    2 to failure @50lbs

    Massive pump again i feel the longer i go the better the pump gets but at a certain point it peaks and is just no bueno anymore lol over pumped you could say haha really enjoying it so far love the looks i get

  3. Today i decided to do back and this time i pre loaded on carbs 1hour pre and 30 pre took the thunderbolt and let me tell you this much
    It was sort of a super pump even though my back was targeted my chest and shoulders looked like balloons lol really enjoyed that feeling

    Im getting close to finishing it thou :/

  4. It seems most people are pretty upset the end of their logs are coming. I always loved getting pumps in other regions I wasn't working.

  5. Yea it is not a good feeling lol

    Did legs didnt go too heavy since my back is not 100%

    Squated
    3 sets of 10

    Leg extensssions
    4 sets of 20

    Donkey raises
    4 sets of 20

    leg curl
    3 sets of 15

    Had a great pump for such baby weight

  6. Did a mix session

    Flat barbbell bench
    3x10

    Incline barbbell bench
    3x10

    Dumbbell flys
    3x15

    Close grip bench
    4x14

    Body weight dips
    3 to failure

    Skull crushers
    2x10

    This concludes my log
    Took the final serving 30 mins after a carb meal and 35 mins later started my workout

    During the time i used this i experienced great pumps and vascularity aswell as a increase in endurance

    For those looking for a "Pump" only product i will say give this a shot it is a bit pricey for only a pump product but like everything else in life thats good you gotta pay up
