Morning all,

Excited to be logging MN Accelerant and Peak Beta, first time with this company and hope to have a successful review at the end of this all.

Just getting back into lifting after a 2 weeks break battling the flu bug. Generally when I get sick I am down for a day, pop a bunch of Emergen C and back and running but still battling after effects of a nagging cough. Only good thing is abs are super tight and look good from coughing soo hard.

My days of lifting heave for low single reps are offer as I now concentrate on 8-15 reps and generally do 9-16 sets depending on the bodypart.

Started the day by taking (2) Accelerant, waited 20 minutes then popped (4) Peak Beta



Biceps

Straight bar curls (forearm curls super-setted with sb curls

Straight bar – 12/12

55 – 12/12 (lbs/reps)

65 – 12 /12

Preacher Curls (DB)

25 x 14

Hammer curls

So first day assessment. Accelerant does not hit you like a freight train. Very smooth, light sensation.

Peak Beta – arms certainly felt pumped, forearms almost hurting.

So took the advice of the almighty Swollen One and took 8 caps 20 minutes before lifting and off to chest.

Unfortunately it was the work gym and I didn't write down my lifts #'s but

Seated flat chest press - 4 sets
Pec Dek - single arm - 4 sets
Crunch ball DB flyes - 4 sets
Incline DB press - 4 sets

Felt good, nothing out of the ordinary, lifts were nice and overall decent sense of well being.

What are your rep ranges like? PB shines for higher rep ranges, increases time til failure quite a bit w that massive dose of COP.

Hola peeps

Got up late this morning and decided to hit the gym for lunch.

Popped 8 PB (not Peanut Butter) and 1 accelerant about 25 minutes before leg workout.

Very good feeling day

4 sets leg extensions 70/80/90/100 (12-15 rep range)

Barbell Squats 4 sets, legs shoulder length apart 135, 155, 205, 205 -(5-12 reps) - felt really good as I hadn't lifted 205 in a while

Seated leg press (rack weight) - 4 sets 170-200, again felt strong, (8-12 rep range)

Walking lunges - 15 lb DB's - 4 sets, 50 foot distance

Again felt good, not overly stimmed, had a nice warm sensation....

Usually in the 12ish range
Cool, I'd say 12-20 is where you'll find the endurance to really shine while still being able to move some solid weight.

As per the Accelerant, spot on: light stimulant, mood elevation, and noticeable increase in body temperature. It's by no means supposed to be a super stim, that's a category we have no interest in being a part of.

Back day today...

So have to be honest, had some stomach discomfort with 8 caps at once so todays workout took 4 and (1) accellerant..this seemd to be the right combo....3 hrs later and no GI issues, will take 4 more at dinner time.

Lat Pulldowns wide grip to the front 4 sets, 10-12 range. 100-110-120-130

Lat Pulldowns, close grip, plams facing in 4 sets 10-12 reps 110-120-130-140

1 sided Barbell rows (bar wedged in corner and plates on other side)- felt really strong

4 sets (2 sets single, 2 sets 2 hands) - 135, 185, 225, 270

Finished off on flat bench with 45 lb plate and hyperextending back stretching then back over my head (can't recall the name)

All and all, felt strong, was in the zone, had some Lords of Acid and NIN playing in the headphones...

I think I have officially entered bronchitis, chest pain, coughing fit, trouble breathing but working out continues......

Unfortunately just cant do any cardio

Cable curls - attach a rope to lat machine and curl to forehead

My apologies as my logs are generally more robust and energetic but not at 100%

Afternoon workout

Hams

4 sets - stiff legged - DB's (30lb, 35, 40, 40) - 12 - 15 reps
4 sets Lying leg curls - (60, 70, 80,90) - 8-10 reps
Seated leg press but legs at top of the platform isolating hamstrings 4 sets (110, 120, 130, 130) - 10-12

Calfs

Standing calf lifts bodyweight - 3 sets 25-30 reps
Seated calf pushes - 4 sets 90-120 - 15-25 reps

So lifts certainly went well, nice mental acuity, be interesting to see what my DOM's will be in the morn as Hams always seem to hurt the most.

Haha, good foresight to avoid the wait! I'm lucky my gym has a handful of benches and a couple cages, and I hit the gym late enough it isn't overly crowded.

Solid workout. Ive gone as high as 3 Accelerant and 8 Peak Beta+ pre with excellent results.

Are you still using the other 4 PB+ daily with a meal? 8 a day is really ideal. After being puzzled by your GI discomfort w 8 at once, I dug through some reviews of bulk COP powder and noticed a few get some distress with higher dosages.

So I am trying to have 4 caps with either Breakfast or dinner and 4 right before my workouts.

Today was 4 with breakfast (3 egg whites/ 1 whole egg, 1 ½ cups of oatmeal and coffee)
4 caps PB fasted 30 minutes before afternoon workout + 2 Accellerant
Chest/ Tris
Flat bench warm up – 4 sets, 15 reps – 135
Seated machine flat press – 4 sets, 8-12 reps 150, 160, 170, 180
Tricep pushdowns (rope) 4 sets, 10-12 reps (70,80,90,100)
Pek Dek
Single arm – 4 sets 70, 80, 90, 100 ( 6-8 reps, at the end of each rep, superset both arms
Using the weighted pull up machine (one where the bar at feet will help you)
Tricep push downs – 4 sets, 200 lbs – 20-25 reps
Abs – using yoga ball – 4 sets, crunches
So today felt really good, still trying to get my strength back but good sense of well-being. :slomo:

Ok so got up late and skipped my morning workout, had my egg whites, oatmeal and 16 oz’s of coffee and figured I would pop 4 PB. So in my fog I accidently popped 4 Accellerant. Definitely don't try this at home!

Interestingly enough head was fine, no shakes but stomach was flipping like crazy, felt nauseaus but fought it off. Needless to say I will be more conscious of this.
At 11:45 took 4 PB for my afternoon workout.
Arms on the docket!!
Single arm curls
4 sets, 40 then quick drop to 30 (8-10 reps)
Rope tricep push downs – 4 sets – 100-120 (12 reps)
Single arm preacher curls, 35 lbs, 4 sets 10-12 reps
Straight bar, palms up tricep push downs – 4 sets – 90 lbs – 10-12 res
Dips – 2 sets – bw (180lbs)
Hammer curls – 4 sets 40 lbs 8-10 reps

Needless to say was still a little queasy but powered through in what I call a mismatch of workouts.
Aside from being a little off – successful day!

Another day, another day to grow, didn’t sleep as well as I would like, 6 hrs……up to use bathroom but unfortunately brain start going and couldn’t go back to sleep

Struggled a little today but powered thorugh.

Midway analysis:

Accelerant – this is one of the newer types of weight loss products I the fact that it kind of works in backend. It does not light you up but is more of a smooth burn/neurotropic.

PB – Definitely seem to respond better taking this 20-30 minutes prior to my workout and again with a meal earlier/later in the day. DOM’s seem to be diminished and allows me to get those extra reps.

Great feedback thus far. Indeed Accelerant speeds up fat loss without spinning out the user w heavy stims. Glad to hear you have the Peak Beta+ dialed in dosing wise and are feeling the quicker recovery and extra endurance!

Monday morning and it is snowing up here in MA….What??!!

So have been trying to get rid of this ongoing cough so Dr has me on Albuterol Nebulizer. Also nursing a lat pull so trying to work around it.

Got on the treadmill for 20 minutes and was sweating nicely, basement at 50 degrees. 2 Accelent + Albuterol…nice, was also tweaking a bit.

Started off doing stiff legged but back going crazy so quick workout today

Just abs / seated calves

35 lb plate on each calf – 3o reps


4 sets hanging leg raises
4 sets crunches
4 sets elbow to opposite knee crunches..

Will be posting my evaluation in the next day or so.
