R1 logs ArA with Anabeta Elite and Endosurge
Hey guys! Been some time since I had a log going! As the title says, I am going to be running ArA with Anabeta Elite and Endosurge. This will be my pre cut stack. My last attempt to gain some muscle while minimizing fat gain to make my cut that much easier. I am lean as it is so im not sure if i am going to even cut if this stack does what I think it will do.
X Gels - 1.5g / training day
Anabeta Elite - 4 caps/day (probably 2 pre workout 2 post workout)
Endosurge - As directed
I will also be using GMS since i already have it on hand.
Select Protein - i make my own weight gainer out of this
I currently do not have a pre workout. ugh, i really miss my stims.
My training is very different right now. With the time i have, sometimes its short workouts, others its long. Reps vary, exercises vary. Sometimes i train 3x a week, others its 5x. I try to keep my compound lifts the same every week but change up what i do around those main lifts. This is an example of what I did last week:
Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Back
Wed - OFF
Thurs - Legs
Friday - Arms
Saturday - Back and Legs
Usually my weekends are free and i hit what I feel is lacking or needs more work. whatever it is, i will do it. whether it is triceps and legs, back and chest, whatever. Even if its only 4 sets on a compound lift of that muscle.
Right now, I am doing a lean bulk with a little bit of cardio (running/walking with my dog every day). Sometimes it's 1 mile of walking, others its 2 miles of walking and 1 of running. Just depends.
As most of you know, I update almost daily. I welcome any advice or anything of that nature. I am here to learn as much as the newbs on this forum. With my busy schedule, I am lacking in the diet area, so I am going to try to log what i eat so it keeps me accountable. I do not count macros, i just eat as much as i can throughout the day and make sure i get plenty carbs, protein, greens...etc.
Log starts in about a week or so (maybe sooner). I already started ArA about 2 days ago, so i can start logging numbers to get a baseline. Thanks for following along!

Today I will weigh in and start the log to get maybe a week without the other supplements. Going to be doing back with maybe deadlifts. Can't go heavy cause of my back. I recently pulled a rib muscle according to my Chiro only it won't heal and I don't know why.

Didn't train today due to other circumstances but will be back at it tomorrow. Ran two miles tonight with the pup though so still got a little work in.

3/5 - Wednesday
Workout #2 on ArA
Did back on Tuesday. Solid amount of volume. I'll post numbers tonight and edit this specific post with those. I'm really wanting to get advice on my diet. Gonna be honest with it. It is what it is. I'm not counting macros or anything. I only do that when I cut. I gain slow on bulks and I can eat dirty all day and won't gain much fat. You older guys are envious of me I know! Being 24 and wanting to gain mass I hate it! Anyways here we go (no specific order)
Homemade weight gainer (ice cream oats, whey, fruit, evoo)
Personal size pizza
Sweet and sournchicken with rice and broccoli and some carrots
Salmon with broccoli and a loaded potato
Peanut butter and jelly sandwich with milk
Two eggs and small serving of oats with a fruit bowl
I chicken breast with grain cereal
Fruit on the bottom yogurt
I also use Luna bars, oatmeal bars.. Etc throughout the day as snacks
Pump was great in the gym. Woke up very sore. Tomorrow I will do legs. Today is my off day. Gonna do light deads tomorrow as well then arms and maybe a little chest or back work Saturday. I like to do a full body routine on the weekends to get more work but not overkill my body. I've really started working on form. Hurts my numbers but idc.
Critique away!!! Please, negative, positive whatever. About diet and once I post my training that as well. Here to learn! Gotta admit when I'm in school all day my diet is my weak point and it pisses me off.

And I have fish once or twice a week. Gonna start buying those cans of tuna I think. Usually I'm loaded on chicken at home but hasn't been to the store all week. Gotta stock up again

We just bought 2 of the 3 lb. hamburg packages at the store. We split them up and freeze them I'm Tupperware dishes. Easy and quick way to keep beef on hand. We'll usually throw a taco packet or something in there and just chow it that way.

Accidentally deleted the other pics but I usually do light load on arms day anyway cause I do pretty solid volume on back and chest.
Still taking 1.5g of ArA. Expecting ABE any day now and will start it immediately
Gonna do legs tomorrow and will post number. Will post my diet later today

Tuesday is NFL free agency! So pumped lol anyways, had a killer leg day today. Didn't go heavy but I go deep in my squats and very high volume, lots of super setting going on. Almost impossible to log this but I'll let u know what workouts I did
Calf Raises (standing and on leg press)
End with window maker deadlifts) 1 set, light weight focus on form)
Exhausted. Tomorrow is chest so gonna hit it hard. Hopefully my ABE arrives

Legs are super super sore. I walk with a limp right now on both legs hahaha
Nice little chest workout. Focused on compound lifts. Numbers were lower than normal on flat bench but that's probably because I started on Incline. Always like mix things up. Gonna check the mail later. Hope it's in! I'm also going to be adding a BCAA product from Marms to beta test. He had that promo going and I was lucky enough to be chosen. Will edit this post tonight with my diet. I will weigh in once the ABE arrives

Just got my dermacrine in so I may be adding that to the stack as well!
Edit: just did 3 pumps of dermacrine. Super excited about this. I have erase pro and endosurge on hand if needed but I highly doubt that.
Will weigh in tomorrow morning. I will also hit back tomorrow. If my legs aren't that sore, I will do deadlifts as well.

Today was day 2 on dermacrine. Applying 3 pumps after my morning shower. Still taking ArA 1.5g pre workout training days only. Still no anabeta elite. This stack is gonna be so sick with it in there. I may even add some dcp or vanillean soon. Not sure yet. Today was back day. Low volume but my body was very sore from legs and chest that it was hard to keep going. I'm going to take Wednesday off then do arms Thursday and a light workout of legs/chest Friday or Saturday. Here are today's numbers
Notes for today :
Workout was good. Def have a placebo feel cause I always wanna be in the gym now that I am on derm lol no changes in libido. Pumps have been great. Today I noticed a little acne on the areas I've been applying the derm to. Not sure if this is a coincidence or not. Will monitor. No change in body comp other than my girlfriend said my forearms are looking bigger.

Woke up and my back is very sore despite the low volume I did. Chest and legs are still a little bit sore as well. I was thinking about doing arms today but I won't be doing that anymore. Will hit it tomorrow. No difference in hunger or vascularity, but I expect ABE to change that. I have been sleeping about ten hours the past few days. Guess my body needs it lol

Took today off. Did heavy cardio though. Tomorrow will be arms and maybe some legs. Guess what marms sent me
