    Molecular Nutrition's Peak Beta And Reggie's GVT

    I am very interested in the fact that it's non stimulant. I have been on a stim pwo kick for quite awhile so it will be nice to take a different route. Another positive I've heard is that of people hitting PR's while on Peak Beta so I will try to hit some as well.

    My training over the next 30 days will include a GVT style movement every workout.

    Training tonight was biceps and shoulders.

    4 caps Peak Beta 30 minutes prior to training.

    Guillotine Curls
    5x15

    Wide Grip Straight Bar Curls
    4x12

    Bicep Blasters (Standing dumbell curls, only rest is changing weight)
    (15x10+20x10+30x10)x4

    Arnold Presses
    30x10
    50x10x10

    Over and Backs
    90x10x4

    Front to Side Lateral
    30x10x3

    Seated Shrugs
    70x12x4

    Reverse Flyes
    20x15x7
    8 second rests.

    Spent the day in Gillette Wyoming doing some work for my parents, and just got home. Haven't been able to train yet and due to Peak Beta not being a stim I can still get some training in tonight!! Gonna hit back and triceps

    This is a killer. The left dumbell kept trying to slip away from the right one.

    Crossover Shrugs (only rest is for the arm that's not shrugging...ie left arm then right arm then back to left etc)

    I think I may have used improper form on the seated shrugs. My neck is pretty stiff right now. Hope it doesn't mess with me tomorrow.

    I started going light on shrugs and high rep with perfect form and a 2 sec. hold at the top. I feel it so much more than heavy weight and there growing!

    Starting to lose the bloating look. Guess it must've been due to lack of water.
