Huge shoutout to SwolenONE and Molecular Nutrition for letting me try Peak Beta. I have heard nothing but stellar reviews on this so I couldn't wait to start it.
I am very interested in the fact that it's non stimulant. I have been on a stim pwo kick for quite awhile so it will be nice to take a different route. Another positive I've heard is that of people hitting PR's while on Peak Beta so I will try to hit some as well.
My training over the next 30 days will include a GVT style movement every workout.
Training tonight was biceps and shoulders.
