    Gettin my pump on with Pump Igniter by TSN!


    Here we go with Top Secret Nutrition and Pump Igniter! I want to thank Tanya and TSN for this tub of fruit punch Pump Igniter. I had the chance a few months ago to try a sample tub of this pwo and now i am giving a 30 serving tub a go.

    DAY 3
    BODYWEIGHT DAY/upper

    REPEAT 10 TIMES

    I took my Pump Igniter about 30 min pwo. I got the fruit punch flavor. This stuff mixes up very good and has a great taste. At about the 5 min mark the beta alanine tingles hit pretty hard along with the energy. By the time i got to the dips the pump was crazy and the focus was like a tunnel! This bw workout is one i just put together. I just wanted to change it up a little. I took about 5 sec between exercises and 1 min between sets. This really works well on the cardio side. I was def breathing hard and sweating my butt off.

    I was able to get some light back sqts in today. My low back felt ok,but i started getting a sharp pain in my left knee behind the cap. It felt like a knife stabbing it. I wrapped it and was able to finish my wo. The Pump Igniter had my legs blowing up 10 min in and hours after i finished. The energy and focus are very good with 3/4 scoop. Off to a good start with TSN!

    I took Pump Igniter 30min pwo. This stuff doesnt get me real wound up tweeky,just focused. Once again the pump came on fast and lasted hours. This is the heaviest i have gone on bench in a while. The rev grip really helps my shoulders. I threw pec deck in there as well for a great iso pump. The champagne press SS with dips finished my chest off nice. I dont think i could have gotten a better pump.

    I worked out with dad again today so a little dif set up,but i got a great pump. PUMP IGNITER is working great for that and giving me some good focus. It has a little milder stim effect out of the gate compared to others,but once you get going you tunnel right in on your wo. I am weighing 170 as of this morn, so down a few lbs.

    I had good focus and energy with Pump Igniter today. I concentrated on hams today since i cant do back sqts or dl very often. All reps were slow and controlled. I am trying to get to the point where i can do light DL without causing more injury. DL and hang cleans are two i miss doing the most.

    I had been using 1 scoop of Pump Igniter and it was working ok but today i upped it to 1.5 scoops and BAM felt like rocket fuel. I worked up to bw+140 on dips pretty easy. I can def see bw+200 in my future! I was 172lbs this morn so staying about the same.

    I went into today with a killer mindset to smash frt sqts. I downed my Pump Igniter and Hell ya 415! The weight just felt light every time i added. I was shooting for 405,but once i got that i decided 415 sounds good and BAM 6 reps two times for good measure! My last pr was 365x6 so i am very happy with my progress. The only prob i had was holding the bar on my shoulders. I weighed in at 170 this morn. 2 1/2 body weight frt sqt, I'll take it.

    Well i am ending this log. The rep that supplied me with Pump igniter is no longer with the company. My final thots of this pwo- good taste, lots of tingles from beta alanine. The energy starts in about 15 min. At 1.5 scoops this stuff really got me focused and ready to lift. The pump comes after a couple sets and last a few hours.
    I give it a 7.5/10.
