My Goals:
To see a difference in my abdominal area and more definition overall. I’d like to lose 5-8 lbs of fat over the next month, and even though I will probably weigh daily, I will not live by the scale number. I hope, anyway.
My Routine:
I’m currently making my own routine(s), and it ranges from medium to high weight (for me) on compound movements and med weight with higher reps for most accessory movements. I typically super-set a lot and take limited rest periods.
Shortly I will probably be changing to the Mountain Dog program.
My Foods:
I count every calorie that I take in, and my plan is as follows:
2,400-2,600 on workout days. Macros close to 40%p/35%c/25%f. Carbs may be as low as 30%.
2,000-2,100 on non-wo days.
1-2 days a week with calories around 3,000.
