Ok guys earlier today at 3:30 pm its leg day I try to really get a good leg workout since sometimes I only get to work out lower body once a week. Also I took my xgels along with gms 30 minutes before I headed to the gym.
*On Squats I warm up with 135 for 12-15 reps
5 Sets 12 reps of 225 lbs on box squat
3 sets 6 reps of 315 lbs parallel.
2 sets 8 reps of 135 lbs lunges with barbell.
2 sets 12 reps of 630 lbs leg press good form.
Sorry I had to cut my workout short I had to go pick up my kids from my in laws. Will post next workout.
