    It's been awhile since I've logged a product, but I have the time to do a nice product log for you guys

    Quick Information:

    Age: 21
    Weight: 168 (will post pics later)
    Height: 5'8


    Right now I am doing a somewhat of a modifed routine.

    Monday: Upper Body
    Tuesday: Lower Body
    Thursday: Volume Back/Shoulders
    Friday: Volume Chest/Arms Day
    Saturday: Lower Body


    Whey Protein
    Multi/Green/Fruit supplment

    ( all this is by MTS Nutrition)

    1-Andro Dosage:

    I plan on only taking 2ml at day splitting them out into 2 doses 8 hours apart. AMS could send me another bottle so I can run it for 8 weeks

  2. Chest/Arm Day:

    Barbell Incline Press 5x10 @ 135lbs

    Machine Flys 3x10 worked up to 120lbs

    Machine Chest Press 3x10 worked up to 140lbs in plates

    Incline Dumbell Curls 3x10 @ 20lbs

    Cable Incline Tricep Extension 3x10 worked up to 57.5lbs

    One Arm Dumbbell Curl 3x10 worked up to 30lbs dumbbell

    Cable Overhead Tricep Extension 3x10 worked up to 60lbs

    Nothing to report as of yet, I took the first does 30 minutes before I trained

  3. Leg Day(Saturday 1/25)

    Power Cleans 3x3 (last set was 205lbs)

    Squat 5x10 @ 235 lbs (using a below parallel box for depth)

    Leg Extentions 3x12

    Walking Lunges 3x8 @ 30lb dumbbells in each hand (felt light)


    Haven't noticed much yet but it is still early to tell.5x10 of squts is just a MONSTER,kind of wrecked the rest of my workout.

  5. Upper Body Day (1.27)

    Bench Press 5x10 3 sets @ 185 and 2 sets @ 205

    Wide Pull-Ups 4x10

    Incline Dumbell Bench 5x10 worked up to 70 lb dumbells

    Dumbbell Military Press 5x10 worked up to 65lb dumbbells

    Barbell Rows 4x10 worked up to 205lbs


    Felt pretty strong. Nothing to note as of yet on the 1-andro

  6. Lower Body Day (1.28)

    Snatch 3x3 worked up to 155lbs

    Deadlift 5x10 2 sets @ 325lbs and 3 sets @ 345lbs (very hard last) set

    Reverse Hack Squat 3x10 3 plates on each side

    GHR 3x8



    I was trashed after the deadlift,so everything else went down the drain after that. Again, I felt really good today!

    Good to see another fan of the deadlift. I swear by them, but alot of guys at the gym make up excuses why they "cant" do them. Its cause they are hard and produce results!

    I agree man... I picked up deadlifting in college when i was competing in track. Very good movement for sprinters!

  9. Back & Shoulders(1.30)

    Straight-Arm Pulldown 4x10 worked up to 50lbs

    Benched Supported Dumbbell Row 4x10 worked up to 80lb dumbbell (pretty easy)

    Lat Pulldown 4x10 worked up to 160lbs

    Supersetted High Pulldown Row with Low Cable Row 3x10

    Military Press 5x10 @ 115lbs

    Machine Military Press 3x10

    Side-lateral Machine 3x10

    Reverse Flys 3x10


    Feeling a little more aggressive in the gym,up by 1lb, and my libidio seemed to drop a little bit. So! I guess the 1-andro is starting to kick in!

  12. Well I took it and really loved it even though I did under the recommended dosage.
