    Final review

    First I'd like state as I have before Lecheek makes no bs products. I've tried several products from their line and have nothing but respect for each one of them. The amiplean kept my appetite suppressed for hours, feeling great with never getting that restless feeling. Energy was smooth and not to over the top but def feel it. Ripped Cocktail is now in my top 3 preworkouts. I love the taste and mixing of the product. It kicks in very fast and last through my workout. I will be using it for a while and will be trying out their new amino product soon. As you can tell by this log these help me get back to the old packers. Hulk smashing time has only just begun!

  19. Today at work a few co workers and I went to the track and did 6 laps 1.5 miles jog/walk. Then back to work then after work hit gym for back! I'm worn out but pushing harder then ever.

    Back:

    db rows: 45 lbs x 10,10,10

    wide grip pulldowns: 90 lbs x 10,10,10

    machine rows: 90 lbs x 10,10,12

  22. Today longggggg day at work. As few know I work for Homeland Security and we train students for terrioist attacks. I have to suit up in gas mask and suit boots the whole 9 yrds lol. But how long I'm in it depends on how many groups there are. Today we had 5 groups so was in for almost 4 1/2 hrs. Worn out but still hit the gym as the beast!

    Chest:

    Incline barbell presses: 135 lbs x 8, 185 lbs 8, 205 lbs x 6, 225 lbs x 6

    flat bench db presses: 60 lbs x 8,8,8

    Machine cable flyes: 50 lbs x 10,10,10, 60 lbs x 10

    went home to do couple sets flat bench bc the bar at gym is bent and sucks lol. Mines beast but i don't have incline on mine.

    flat bench: 155 lbs 8 205 lbs x 8
