  1. Putting Formutech's Flexible to the Test!

I wanna give a huge thanks to cheftepesh1, and Formutech for giving me the opportunity to try out their highly acclaimed joint support Flexible. I will be taking the capsule version.

A little about myself for those that may not know me. I am 41 and have been training off and on for most of my life. For the last couple of years I have been very dedicated to going all in with diet and training. I train 6-7 days a week (usually 7) so my joints tend to get a little overworked from time to time. I've heard great things about Flexible and look forward to reaping the benefits!! Took my first dose this morning (4 veggie caps) with breakfast and will take another dose with lunch.

On a side note I picked up the 125lb add on for my Powerblocks. New goal is 125x10x10 on flat db bench

  18. Planned on hitting shoulders hard tonight but took a pre that I hadn't taken in a week and over dosed it so got really shaky and strength just wasn't there. Ended up quitting after doing some Arnold Presses. I'll get up in the morning and try again. This time 1/2 scoop lol
