I wanna give a huge thanks to cheftepesh1, and Formutech for giving me the opportunity to try out their highly acclaimed joint support Flexible. I will be taking the capsule version.

A little about myself for those that may not know me. I am 41 and have been training off and on for most of my life. For the last couple of years I have been very dedicated to going all in with diet and training. I train 6-7 days a week (usually 7) so my joints tend to get a little overworked from time to time. I've heard great things about Flexible and look forward to reaping the benefits!! Took my first dose this morning (4 veggie caps) with breakfast and will take another dose with lunch.

Day 2

Trained today for the first time in a few days due to being sick and just run down physically. Have some joint pain in my left wrist, elbow, and shoulder so very excited to start feeling the benefits of Flexible.

Today's training was chest

Flat Db Bench ss with High Cable Cross

7x10 (increasing weight each set) ss 7x12

Incline Db Bench ss with Low Cable Cross

4x10 ss 4x12

Decline Db Bench ss with Seated Cable Flyes

6x10 ss 6x12

Push-ups
20x5

On a side note I picked up the 125lb add on for my Powerblocks. New goal is 125x10x10 on flat db bench

Planned on hitting shoulders hard tonight but took a pre that I hadn't taken in a week and over dosed it so got really shaky and strength just wasn't there. Ended up quitting after doing some Arnold Presses. I'll get up in the morning and try again. This time 1/2 scoop lol

They are killer. I learned if them here at AM, and now a few people at my gym have picked up on me doing them. They're catching on fast.

I think everyone else got theirs so you'd think it's already shipped.
