Well,
I woke up, had breakfast, come back upstairs, packed my bags for a trip away for the next 3 days before work resumes on Monday and what better way to start then having a package delivered before leaving at lunch?
Many of you know me and have some some logs that I have done.
Many thanks to Wasme for running the opportunity upon his recent addition to the Finaflex team. Also a big thanks to Steve for always having faith on me and thanks to the whole Finaflex team for allowing me to log.
I have beta-tested Max Pump and Stimul8 and now, have a whole tub to run of each along with Creatona.
Stoked to say the least.

~10% looking to drop into single digits while increasing endurance both aerobically & anaerobically.
Training --> you will have to see what I have when I uploaded it but its pretty grueling. I also particpate in Crossfit and yes, I went there are said I do crossfit) hahahah.
Zir Red aka Jason is my coach and I have been with him for about 1 year now and I have changed dramatically. I play 2 sports with which I won't bore you.
Food:
intake 2100
4 days low carb --> then refeed
Low Carb days: 65g
Refeed: 250g
Supps and dosing:
* Max Pump - 4 caps pre workout (uncapped and dumped into Stimul8) or 4 caps pre bed (on off days, with which there is only 1 day);
* Stimul8 - 3/4 to 1 scoop pre workout (about 30mins pre);
* Creatona - 4 caps (opened and dumped into Stimul8)
* Fish oil - 10g day. trying to help minimise any inflammation when training as well as the touted health, fat loss and insulin sensitivity benefits.
* Cal-Mag (MST) - calcium, magnesium and vitamin D @ 4 caps per day;
* Cellucor Cor-BCAA @ 1 scoop intra workout (yes, I am allowed to do this)
I don't really do shakes as I like to get whole food but if I do have a snack, it will usually be a quest bar like choc brownie(the best bar ever made).
Will have first workout this afternoon when we get to our destination and report back then.
Let's do this ish' and get peeled.
