Well,

I woke up, had breakfast, come back upstairs, packed my bags for a trip away for the next 3 days before work resumes on Monday and what better way to start then having a package delivered before leaving at lunch?

Many of you know me and have some some logs that I have done.

Many thanks to Wasme for running the opportunity upon his recent addition to the Finaflex team. Also a big thanks to Steve for always having faith on me and thanks to the whole Finaflex team for allowing me to log.

I have beta-tested Max Pump and Stimul8 and now, have a whole tub to run of each along with Creatona.

Stoked to say the least.

Background:
5ft 11"
82kg
~10% looking to drop into single digits while increasing endurance both aerobically & anaerobically.

Training --> you will have to see what I have when I uploaded it but its pretty grueling. I also particpate in Crossfit and yes, I went there are said I do crossfit) hahahah.

Zir Red aka Jason is my coach and I have been with him for about 1 year now and I have changed dramatically. I play 2 sports with which I won't bore you.

Food:
intake 2100
4 days low carb --> then refeed

Low Carb days: 65g
Refeed: 250g

Supps and dosing:

* Max Pump - 4 caps pre workout (uncapped and dumped into Stimul8) or 4 caps pre bed (on off days, with which there is only 1 day);

* Stimul8 - 3/4 to 1 scoop pre workout (about 30mins pre);

* Creatona - 4 caps (opened and dumped into Stimul8)

* Fish oil - 10g day. trying to help minimise any inflammation when training as well as the touted health, fat loss and insulin sensitivity benefits.

* Cal-Mag (MST) - calcium, magnesium and vitamin D @ 4 caps per day;

* Cellucor Cor-BCAA @ 1 scoop intra workout (yes, I am allowed to do this)

I don't really do shakes as I like to get whole food but if I do have a snack, it will usually be a quest bar like choc brownie(the best bar ever made).

Will have first workout this afternoon when we get to our destination and report back then.

Let's do this ish' and get peeled.

Got to gym, and everything around seemed so slow. I had this rush. Like nothing around me mattered. I had a zone feeling. This is the first I have ever felt like this. Hard to explain.

I was moving fast but everything around me seemed slow.

15mins after the delicious apple taste, I wad sweating in the car with the air con on full and cold!

Excellent first day. Can't comment on pump or endurance yet ad max pump works magic after a couple of days and same with creatona.

I'll upload food pron and some vids asap.

As I had to suss out where food was for our trip, I didn't get enough food yesterday so I'll make sure I maintain intake today (stimul8 got me through nicely at 4pm and I could sleep at 11pm).

Totally relate to that zoned feeling from Stimul8. Nothing compares.

Day 2
Day off training as per scheduled on my regime.

Dosed 4 max pump and 4 creatona pre bed.
Woke up this morning super dry and had to do the biggest piss.

I had 1/2 scoop stimul8 at 4pm to keep me going and that it did. No trouble falling asleep at 11pm and slept like baby.

Diet was good yesterday.

2050 kcals so 50 under my caloric allowance.

Maintenance kcals are ~2600-2700

Will weigh in tomorrow.

Gotta commend you on that.
I mean the thruster is unbroken as in the chain of the movement.
I broke it up into 10/5/6 for the 21. Went to hard but hammered through it.

Ahhhh, gotcha. I'm very familiar with the thruster. 135 is actually a heavy thruster since 95 is standard weight for them (normally). I did heavy thrusters on Saturday, combined with rowing and power cleans. Balls.

Today 8/1/14

Warm up

10mins to find Front squat 1rm
125kg x 1 (PR by 5kg)

WOD
AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) 15mins
5 power cleans (60kg)
10 pull ups (I did kipping)
15 burpees
20 atg air squats

Did 7 rounds and 18 reps (7 rounds plus almost half of the 8th round)

I did the most rounds which means I did win overall hahah.

As you can see, I am having fantastic endurance and enjoying my training.

Focus, energy and strength is awesome

I train with the owner of the gym and we compete against each other.

Training with no shirt on today and still looked like someone sprayed me with a hose. Sweating has increased dramatically.

Weight is 83kg so not sure how I went up. Maybe muscle accrual but I shall see. Maybe just some extra calories from yesterday did it. We shall see how I am by Friday being on this stack for a week.
