    Warm up
    400m
    Inch worms and walking lunges

    Strength
    5-3-2-1-1
    Back squat
    Worked up to 150kg x 1.
    Not a PR but was ahead by a mile.

    WOD - CINDY XXX
    (20mins cap)

    10 pull ups
    20 push up
    30 air squats
    15 pull ups
    30 push up
    45 air squats
    20pull ups
    40push up
    60 air squats
    25 pull ups
    50 push ups
    75 air squats
    30 pulls up
    60 push ups
    90 air squats

    Got through up to 15 out of the 60 push ups
    So 465 reps in 20mins.

    Arms pumped and jacked. Was hard to do push ups lol.

    Reminds me of these workouts we used to do, like crossfit type stuff with a time limit and certain exercises that you had to do as many cycles as possible during the time frame. Straight up smoke fest!

    It's usually up around 160-175 for the whole time so in the glycolytic area.

    Warm up
    Stick mobility
    Snatch technique

    Skill (15mins EMOM)
    Odd mins: 7 power clean
    Even mins: 28 double unders

    WOD
    7RFT
    Ring dips (when you break, you do hollow rocks)
    10 hollow rocks

    Rest 3 mins

    100 x 20kg med ball slams

    WOD : 15:59 with rest as you need to factor that in.

    I did 47 ring dips and 70 hollow rocks then rested 3 mins then did med ball slams
    Total time is listed above.

    Cliffs:
    Sweating profusely and was pumped. I'm glad I didn't get the pumps I get yesterday. Couldn't push up at all after yesterday's WOD as arms hurt from the pump.

    Very enjoyable
