    40m sled push max effort at 40% bw. (Not on concrete but on gym matting.

    Burning legs

    Strength

    Work up to 5RM push press
    70kg x 5

    WOD
    EMOM (every minute on the minute) 16mins

    10 x 24 inch box jumps with full hip extension
    5 push press 50kg

    Cliffs
    Training was awesome. Legs had so much lactic acid in them. Endurance pushed me through. Focus and energy was again awesome an consistent.

    Very enjoyable session but bloody burnt my legs and shoulders.

    Think my session says it all so I can't really add much to it. Endurance and energy/focus is off the chain.

    4 caps max pump

    Had this prior to my sport. Played from 9am until 4pm

    Had constant energy throughout the WHOLE day. No drop off.

    Endurance when needed for sprinting to the ball and then when batting was awesome. I seemed to also produce more power under hotter and harder conditions. Whether that is my training and or supps, it is definitely working.

    I play in the level just under the level that is required to give piss testing lol.

    Very pleased with my results again!!!
