Ok guys today I was feeling good enough to workout. Didn't go crazy but a nice lite arm workout to get me back into the swing of things. I took two scoops this morning and again like I said before and nothing has changed but the energy is still smooth as hell and even though I lowered all my weights I tried to shorten my rest periods and the thermo effect was there for sure. Very warm and with not much intensity cause I was trying to take it easy i still had a sweat going on which was cool!

    Incline DB curl
    3x25's x12

    Incline close bench
    3x95x10

    Ez bar curls
    3x65x10

    Slight incline skull crusher
    3x65x12

    Preacher
    3x70x12

Ez bar reverse grip overhead ext
    3x45x15

    One big set

    DB Hammer curl
    1x25's x 12
    Dips
    8 reps
    DB curls
    1x25's x 12
    Dips
    8 reps
    BB curl
    1x45x20
    Dips
    8 reps
    Ez bar 21's
    1x45x21
    Dips
    8 reps

No real stopping in between exercises, it was a great workout for me to start back up after the last two days I've felt like hell and could barely walk.

    Yesterday was back

    Wide grip pull-ups
    4x8

    Chins
    4x8

    Hammer grip pull-ups
    4x8

    Bent over dual DB row
    3x55's x 10

    BB rows-ss-inverted rows(switching between all 3 grips)
    4x135x12-ss-4x7reps

    Deads
    225x10
    245x8
    265x8
    285x7

    Meadows rows
    1x45x15

    Today was shoulders

    DB Lat raises
    4x35's x 10
After the last set I did DB swings till fail which was around 10

    Seated BB press
    4x95x12

Front raises(overhand grip BB, underhand grip BB and 45lb plate)
    3x15 reps each

    Incline rear delt DB raises
    3x10's x 20

    Front BB shrugs
    3x135x12

    Rear BB shrugs
    3x135x10

I'm using 2 scoops pre w/o and that's it, no other scoop later in the day. The taste is still amazing, I don't think I'll ever get tired of this taste. The energy is good and smooth, all together a great supp. Yesterday I had a real good sweat going on, the thermo effect was there big time.

I actually did back again today. Not really sure just wanted to hit it again.

    Wide pull-ups
    4x8

    Chins
    4x8

    Hammer pull-ups
    4x8

    Bent over dual DB row
    3x35's x 10
I dropped the weight cause I wanted to try a different approach. Kris Gethin did this in one video I remember where the DB motion was swing/arch type movement all the way up and obviously bring your elbows as high as you can take them. I could only get 10, it made a huge difference. I will up the weight next week. I liked it a lot and will continue to do them this way.

    BB rows-ss-inverted rows
    4x135x10-ss-4x7
The BB rows I alternated every set overhand then underhand and the inverted rows I did a different grip every set(wide, reverse, hammer)

    Deads
    225x10
    275x10
    2x295x5

    Meadows rows
    1x45x12

I got a great thermo effect from Diablo today and had a great sweat going. I love the smoothness of the energy in this product. To get to the best part. Today I'm looking at my tub and it just seemed like it was a little lower, powder wise. Long story short, my WIFE! has been using it! What! My Wife! Miss, I hate supplements, I don't want to use any of that. I was like what the hell. Were going to Florida at the end of March she wants to loose a little weight before this trip so she decides to go down in the gym and check out my stash! She absolutely loves this product! From someone that hates the taste of supps, (she has tried them before) she loves the taste! She has been flying around the house doing all kinds of sh!t today. She uses 1 level scoop in a bottle of water. I told her it was on sale at NP and she already asked me if we should buy more. Insane, never thought this day would come so I guess for all the guys who's wife's hate supps give her the DIABLO! There you go ANS.

Energy was great and I had a real good sweat going but at the end when I did abs the thermo effect kicked in overdrive. This stuff would be killer on cardio!

    Dips
    4x12

    1 arm DB overhead ext
    3x35's x 10 per arm

    Ez bar Skull crushers
    3x65x10
These were very explosive on the way up but the negatives were 5 sec. My tri's should be hurting tomorrow

    Ez bar curls
    3x65x10

    Single arm DB curls
    4x35's x 10
I did these standing and would rep 5 on one arm then 5 on the other the back to 5 on the first and so on. The pump was crazy, I got these from Wasme, they work.

    DB hammer curls
    3x35's x 8

    Preacher-ss-close bench
    3x90x10-ss-3x135x8
Arms were so pumped after this. One of the best routines I've done in awhile.

    Abs

    Decline sit ups
    3x25 reps

    25lb plate twists
    3x20 reps per side
I held the plate out in front if me and kept my feet planted and twisted back and fourth.

    Suspension system planks
    3xfail
I can hold a plank forever so I decided to swing my feet back and fourth until my obliques and core started to burn good then I held it steady for as long as I could. My core was so tired after this the next two exercises I could barely do.

    Gorilla chins
    2x5 reps

    Reverse decline crunches
    2x5 reps

I figured I would post these so you can see the labels
It looks like Forskolin-95 and alcar would stack quite well with this.

I've yet to run it myself. I have to wait a couple months before I can justify another supps purchase to the wifey

Ok I actually decided to split my leg day up into two separate days. I've never done this before. So today's workout was

    Squat
    135x10
    185x8
    2x205x6

    Hack squat
    135x10
    185x10
    205x8
These felt really good. I'm moving up in weight quite well on these.

    Front squat
    135x10
    2x155x8
These felt good, I will definitely go heavier next week.

    Leg ext
    90x20
    115x15
    125x15
    130x15

Besides the great energy, one thing that I'm noticing with Diablo is the appetite suppression! Very good, I passed lunch right up and had to force myself to eat my post w/o meal, crazy!

Sorry for not updating the workouts, I took a couple days off for my bday. I killed some back today

    Wide pull-ups
    4x8 reps

    Chins
    4x8 reps

    Hammer pull-ups
    4x8 reps

    Dual bent over DB rows
    1x60's x &

    Incline bench plate rows
    1x45's x 10

    1 arm DB rows
    1x100's x 8

Bent over BB row-ss-inverted rows(using all 3 grips)
    4x155x10-ss-8 reps

    Deads
    225x8
    3x275x8

    Meadows rows
    1x45x12

Bent over reverse grip BB row(using just the bar)
    1x25 reps

Back was pumped as hell, I normally don't just do a set of something and then jump to the next but I just wanted to keep doing different exercises plus it was fun! Nothing new to report, it's still the smoothest energy I ever had from a pre w/o or powdered thermo. Love this stuff!

Today was chest. Diablo is great! Hell of a product! Not sure how much longer this log will last cause my wife keeps stealing it. Not to worry though, we are buying some on the planet so you have a customer for life, especially my wife! She can't wait for the new flavors to come out. Just a little background, my wife doesn't workout at all. She just wants to lose weight so we adjusted her diet and added Diablo and she is dropping weight really fast! She loves this stuff, she actually took a serving to a girl she works with and now she loves it too and going to be buying some if she hasn't already! So thanks again for picking me to log it cause you just got three more customers for sure if not more cause my wife tells everyone about it! Plus before this run with Diablo, she hated supplements. She would always say, why do you take that stuff do you really think it does anything. Now she's hooked!

    Incline BB press
    135x12
    185x10
    205x8

    Flat DB press

    2x100's x 8

Incline DB hammer grip press(I moved the incline of the bench up every set, got this from Reggie)
    3x60's x 8
Thanks Reggie it was great! I decided to do it hammer style just cause I haven't done it in awhile

    Flat BB bench
    185x12
    205x8
    225x5
Arms and chest were smoked! But I still kept going!

    Feet elevated depth push-ups
    3x20 reps
    Pump was badass!

    Dips
    3x8 reps

    Slight incline DB fly
    1x30's x 20

    Flat BB bench burnout
    135x10
    Count to 10
    135x8
    Count to 8
    135x5
    Count to 5
    135x3
    Count to 3
    135x1
    Done!
Went right into one more set of the push-ups I did earlier and got 10 reps! Sick workout!

Today I did some more legs.

    BB stiff deads
    225x10
    3x245x8

    Lying leg curl
    3x90x10

    Bench squats
    135x10
    185x10
    205x10
    225x8

    Lunges
    3x10 lunges per leg
    Rests were at 20 sec.

Toe elevated standing calf raises (single legs)
    4x15 reps per leg

Same as above but both legs
    4x30 reps

Decided to throw in some abs

    Hanging leg raises
    4x8 reps

    Decline bench reverse crunches
    4x8 reps

Wasn't going to do abs but the energy was a flowing!

Nice work Pete! Those SLDL are solid! I don't do enough of those.

Dunno if I'd have had much left for lunges man. Lol

    Box squats? What's that?

Stand over a bench squat down like your sitting down and once your butt touches the bench go right back up, no sitting or resting.
