    I dialed it time to time, especially for chest. This is why I moved it mid week to end of week. It takes away the advantage of two days rest and puts the focus on maintaining strength since I'll be sapped by weeks end. The idea is to become stronger with less energy in the tank later in the week.

    Off. Traveled to work site and will remain there a time period. Took Ritual in order to maintain throughout work shift since I'm working evening shifts. Ended the day with 300 pushups. Nothing special just switching to a light week due to being out of town.

    @toast and done. Ritual is an awesome preworkout to get you cranking. I'm loving the results and I noticed a bit of leaning effects. Im stoked to finish it out. Next Saturday will be my truest test. I stopped using everything except a preworkout. I have been notified there is a major snowstorm coming so the meet may be compromised. I may have to do a mock meet for myself. We shall see.

    @Had some problems kickoff out in the field and stayed at the site. I will get back on my grind, especially since it's a deload week. Beginning to feel the effects of this work week. 12 hour shifts, 5 hours of sleep, 45minute drive each way to and from gym with 1 hour to prep mind for the evenings work. It's all good. Still takingshots of Ritual mid shift to get through the night. It works very well.
