Hey ya'all. I have just received my bottles of Mecular Nutritions XFACTOR, and i am going to be logging this product
here. So to start you off,, my height is 5ft 6in. weight 170lbs. arms measure 16 1/2 in. chest 43 in. waist 29in.
thighs 23 1/2in. my goal is to hit 180lbs. I will post some pics shortly.
my protein intake is at 230g daily/mostly food.
My training split - Monday chest, Tuesday Back, Wednesday Shoulders, Thursday Bis, Friday Tris, Saturday Legs.
Sometimes i will mix bis with tris and have 2 days off but i like to do one muscle group daily.
So yesterday(December 24th) was my first dose of Xfactor and i hit chest, below is my workout.
Warmup- 115x25x2
Incline barbell Bpress

rest 15 seconds between the following 3 sets

135x15 i love doing these burnout sets once a month
flat bench press

DB flyes 25lb dumbells
