Hey ya'all. I have just received my bottles of Mecular Nutritions XFACTOR, and i am going to be logging this product
here. So to start you off,, my height is 5ft 6in. weight 170lbs. arms measure 16 1/2 in. chest 43 in. waist 29in.
thighs 23 1/2in. my goal is to hit 180lbs. I will post some pics shortly.
my protein intake is at 230g daily/mostly food.
My training split - Monday chest, Tuesday Back, Wednesday Shoulders, Thursday Bis, Friday Tris, Saturday Legs.
Sometimes i will mix bis with tris and have 2 days off but i like to do one muscle group daily.
So yesterday(December 24th) was my first dose of Xfactor and i hit chest, below is my workout.
Warmup- 115x25x2
Incline barbell Bpress
135x20
155x15
185x12
205x8
rest 15 seconds between the following 3 sets
185x6
155x6
135x12
135x15 i love doing these burnout sets once a month

flat bench press
205x8
205x10

DB flyes 25lb dumbells
25x12
25xfailure

I agree. My next ArA run will include LCLT (which I get through Anavite), a test booster of some sort, and GMS to emulsify the ArA more completely. The GMS is especially needed if you take the ArA fasted pre-workout.

I took 4 xfactor capsules at 3:30 and hit the weights at 5:00.

I felt really strong this workout, i wasnt sure if id get 5 reps on the last set but when i picked it up i blasted to 8.

Theres actually no tweak any more becaus this time i worked my way very slowly , last couple months, until i was able to rep 225 for 12 reps. Now it feels great and is my favorite muscle group to hit(lol prob cause it was so far behind). My last workout i was only able to manage 10 reps with 255. I feel great!

Well for LCLT, I use Gaspari Anavite. It's an awesome multi and has LCLT in it, along with quality vitamins and minerals. The minerals are all chelated, so they are more bioavailable. You could also use bulk ALCAR or LCLT.

Bulk GMS is probably cheapest, but you could also use something like Controlled Labs Glycergrow as well. I think you need about 6g per dose of GMS with each dose of ArA.

I like MN's X-Factor Advsnced, but have never tried any other ArA supps.

Ok thanks. i like to try new supps and hopefully soon i can grab some Alcar or Lclt! But first i need to fill my wallet lol..i hate winter/bills

I understand :) The reason that a carnitine source is recommended is due to the fact that they are believed to increase androgen receptor density.

Is that Xfactor making you feel pumped and swole like it did for me?
today will be my third day only but i did notice that my back felt full all evening yesterday after my workout. so yes. And so if its doing that alredy than at the end of the week after all muscle groups have been hit , it should feel insane! my arms feel permanently tight and look fuller today also

Makes sense. Well i will shop around today but might be a week or better befor i can obtain some!

Thank you sir. I would have done more shrugs but i was to pumped about getting a massive delt pump so i switched to presses n delt raises...i loooove hammering delts

Btw my rear delts are starting to pop more now. They have always lagged , so now its starting to look good

Day 4 weight-172.6lbs
Today was bicep day but i decided i'd do tris as well! I believe this XFactor is working beings my bis and triswer still a lil tired from the back and chest workouts. But still wanting to hit em so i shot for a shorter workout and used mediocre weights, and i received a pump that blew all pumps out of the water! Everything was supersetted.

Thanks KP, i wasnt feeling as strong today but with super-setting a dude can get seriously intense pumpage goin on!

Im gonna be busy today due to a huge family christmas bash.! Its leg day but my upper legs are sore from playing hockey couple nights ago so im gonna just do calf raises and call it good. I forgot to weigh before breakfast so..ill try to get a weight on here soon! for sure sometime tomorrow

Day 5 (off day) weight 174lbs empty.

Yes my calves are sore from yesterdays workout(day 4) wich consisted of a few single leg body-weight standing calf raises, and a few weighted(45lb) single leg standing calf raises mixed with some weighted(185lb) double legged standing calf raises.. Everything was done with my toes on a blok for max stretch and i took every set to failure, and completing no less than 15 reps per set and most sets i hit mid 20's rep range.. My rests between sets was about 15-25 seconds due to an appointment coming up..overall it seemed like a wussy workout upon completion but it obviously hit the fibers good! As i'm quite sore throughout my calves today

Yes im sore after every workout so far. Its hard for me to get my shoulders and bis sore and so far they have been.!
