Day 3 - 172.6lbs empty
6 XFactor capsules an hr before shoulder wofkout.
Warmup 50lbx15 military press SS
With 135x20 shrugs
Working sets-started with BB shrugs
Moved to BB military presses
155x8 short rest than
Next side lateral raises superset with bentover rear delt raises using 20lb dumbells
Gosh my shoulders hurt
I believe I'm going to work shoulders tonight also
Btw my rear delts are starting to pop more now. They have always lagged , so now its starting to look good
Yeah mine have grown by leaps and bounds this year. They actually look completely different.
Day 4 weight-172.6lbs
Today was bicep day but i decided i'd do tris as well! I believe this XFactor is working beings my bis and triswer still a lil tired from the back and chest workouts. But still wanting to hit em so i shot for a shorter workout and used mediocre weights, and i received a pump that blew all pumps out of the water! Everything was supersetted.

Standing 85x10 lying 60x12
Standing 85x10 lying 70x12

next i SS preacher curls with seated overhead single arm DB ext
Finished with concentration curls and kickbacks
Felt really huge when i was done=)
I guess you could say it was a Lee Haney style workout
Incredible weight on those curls! I could feel the soreness in my biceps just reading your workout. Nice job!

Im gonna be busy today due to a huge family christmas bash.! Its leg day but my upper legs are sore from playing hockey couple nights ago so im gonna just do calf raises and call it good. I forgot to weigh before breakfast so..ill try to get a weight on here soon! for sure sometime tomorrow
Day 5 (off day) weight 174lbs empty.
Yes my calves are sore from yesterdays workout(day 4) wich consisted of a few single leg body-weight standing calf raises, and a few weighted(45lb) single leg standing calf raises mixed with some weighted(185lb) double legged standing calf raises.. Everything was done with my toes on a blok for max stretch and i took every set to failure, and completing no less than 15 reps per set and most sets i hit mid 20's rep range.. My rests between sets was about 15-25 seconds due to an appointment coming up..overall it seemed like a wussy workout upon completion but it obviously hit the fibers good! As i'm quite sore throughout my calves today
Day 6, weight 175. (Chest day)
BW is steadily rising and just with appearance and self awareness it feels like its healthy/muscle gains. Not fat.
Warmup 2 sets of pushups x25
Sets flat barbell bench
Incline bb bench
Db flyes incline
25x10 followed with Bw pushups 13 reps had massive pumpage goin with the inclines n flyes! Took 5 capsule of XFactor an hr and half before workout.
