    5 lbs isn't bad for a week. Notice any extra soreness with Xfactor?

    Yes im sore after every workout so far. Its hard for me to get my shoulders and bis sore and so far they have been.!

    Goin snowboarding today with da' family! Quite stoked..only bad thing is, is its back day so hopefully i wont be to reemed out when i get home this eve....

    My calves need more work right now. Being an FFB, I have decent size calves right now, about 16" or so. I want at least 17" though

    Back today
    Warmup various light bb rows mixed with assisted chins
    Working sets started with BW chins wide grip
    BWx12
    BWx10
    BWx10
    BWx8 had decent lat pump alredy and couldn't hardly grab the eighth rep!
    Next i switched to bb rows
    135x10 underhand
    155x10 overhand
    Wasnt feeling it today ..had a sore nauseous throat and that really nessed with my focus so now i went to deads.

    215x10
    255x6
    U stopped here and was thinkn bout calling it good due to how i was feeling today, was heading upstairs and decided to throw in a few 1 arm DB rows.

  26. Well guys i was sick so finally now have a chance to log again. Lost 4lbs through it all...! so yesterday i weighed 170.6lbs. Chest was menu for yesterday, as this is yesterdays workout
