  12. Hey DJ! ever try intra-dosing a pre-workout? since your using 3 scoops of Ritual, perhaps try 2 scoops pre-workout, 1 scoops intra.


    I haven't tried it with Ritual yet because I find it gives me a high smooth energy the whole workout, but I've tried it with pre-workouts in the past, seemed to work good.

    That'll be tomorrow. Deadlift day. First time I get to do regular deadlifts since I started the program. Up to this point its been deadlifts to knees only, rack pulls and deficit deadlifts!
