I feel like crap so I just got in and out as quick as I could. I took 2 scoops of Ritual about 20 minutes before my session. It gave me the motivation to suck it up and lift, regardless of it being a light session or not. Not tingles anymore. The energy is still as good as it was my first few dosings. Solid.
