    I'm not sure how much. I've shoveled more this past two weeks than I have the last 3 years. Supposed to get hit some more this weekend.

    It tells me that I am getting a little fluffy, I haven't lifted in like 2 weeks except doing some bench press work one day. I just got done lifting just now though.

  25. Scale showed me at 167.8 yesterday first this in the morning. On an empty stomach a night after drinking. Are a little crappy yesterday, should be in the gym today after work.
