  2. Alright guys, I'm thinking bench press 5x5, dead lift 5x5, squat 5x5. Should I add overhead press or bent over row 5x5 as well? Every other day doing this as well.

    You know what Swanks...at my old raggedy age I am not in it for strength but rather how I look at the end of the day. Focussing on a potential show in 2014...not sure if I want board shorts or speedos.....

  17. Should be getting at it pretty soon here today. Dropped my first serving of level 2 and feeling good!!! Weight is still at 176 and I haven't ate the best the past couple of days. Also have had some beers.

  20. I plan on throwing up at least 210 for 5 reps on bench. It wouldn't be a PR, but we will see what happens. I will be doing deads instead of squats today.
