    You know what Swanks...at my old raggedy age I am not in it for strength but rather how I look at the end of the day. Focussing on a potential show in 2014...not sure if I want board shorts or speedos.....

  7. Should be getting at it pretty soon here today. Dropped my first serving of level 2 and feeling good!!! Weight is still at 176 and I haven't ate the best the past couple of days. Also have had some beers.

    Dude I didnt see this post for some reason! Hope youre doing ok man. Leg press and extensions are ok to sub for squats kinda, maybe some seated goodmornings for erector work instead of deads plus ham curls but that misses most of the posterior chain in a big way.
