    Thanks to Controlled Labs for the opportunity to log a full tub of their new Orange Triad + Greens. During this log I'm hoping to see some improvements in my joints. Mainly my left shoulder and elbow. I started taking it on Sunday the 24th. I am currently following a P/P/L routine lifting 3 times a week. I will be logging my workouts and different ways of trying this. This is my first log on here so if there is anything else I should mention let me know.

    Notes
    Been taking the OT + greens in water, been experimenting with amount of water. Going to try it in a shake in the next few days and will have some more pics up then. Today's workout was so short because I've messed my foot up somehow. Going to let it heal over the weekend. Next workout will be a pull day Monday. Haven't really noticed anything yet with the OT + greens. Considering what this product is the taste isn't bad.

    Sorry for the lack of updates. Been trying to let my foot heal but work has been keeping it from being able to. Got sick with a cold yesterday and still feeling it today. Going to try to lift tomorrow

    Have you tried mixing it in protein? I mix with a little Pro Nom and the taste is a treat
