This stuff is insane! In a good way, the energy is amazing, no other way to describe it. Besides the OG craze that cracked me out of my mind, which sucked, this supp has the best energy to date so far.

Ok today was normally my leg day so I had to do the best I can since I'm dealing with the hotel gym. With business being really busy today I had to settle with what I had available. I had a great workout and was sweating and dripping all over the floor.

    Treadmill
Incline all the way up at 18% I think
40 min alternating between walking and jogging
Wow did I sweat! I figured since the weights here are limited this would be a great start. Which it did my legs were burning like crazy.

Squats holding a 50lb DB on the back of my neck
    7x10 reps

DB deadlifts(coming down to sides with the DB's)
    7x50's x 10

    DB stiff Dead lifts
    4x50's x 10

    Alt lunges-ss-body weight squats
    3x10 per leg-ss-3x10reps
My legs were on fire after this

    Leg ext
    3x70x12
10 sec rests in between sets

    Jump squats
    2x10 reps

Floor calf raises holding 50lb DB's
    2x10 reps

    Reverse decline crunches
    6x10 reps

Obviously 50's is the heaviest they have. No big deal still had a great workout, legs are already getting sore.

That treadmill ready burned my legs out with that incline all the way up. I don't think I could of lifted a lot of weight after that anyway.

Way to make the best of what you had! I forgot to utilize lunges the last time I was at a hotel, and I'm definitely jealous you had a leg extension machine.

This morning I did some fasted cardio with 1 scoop level ll.

Treadmill for 35 min going to the music, sweat was a drippin!

    Reverse decline crunches
    4x10 reps

This afternoon I'll be hitting up some shoulders. It will be at the hotel gym. The DB's go up to 50's and they have a shoulder press machine, so I'm going to get it done.

I know what you're talking about dude! i travel for work quite a bit and the only hotel gym I've found worth a damn is the one at the Beau Rivage. Way to work with what you have available, my man! Every try goblet squats? Those are good in a pinch too.

Soo funny, when I was younger I never really did legs, and I competed which was funny. Now that I am older, I do them at least once or twice a week.....go figure...

Good Mornings are my new favorite exercise.

Ok so I took a rounded scoop of level ll before my shoulder workout and damn it was like rocket fuel, I was on a mission!

    Shoulders

    Seated DB press
    4x50's x 10

    DB Lateral raises
    7x35's x 10

    Shoulder press machine
    6x110x10

    Shrug machine
    4x110x10
    Rests were 5sec

    DB shrugs
    4x50's x 10
    Rests were 5sec

    Standing DB press
    6x45's x 10

Low incline DB rear delt raises
    4x20's x 10

    DB front raises
    4x25's x 10

    DB upright rows
    4x45's x 10

    Delt destroyers
    4x15's x 7

Standing bent over DB rear delt raises
    4x25's x 10

I figured my body would get used to level ll but not at all. I always have great energy and it doesn't matter if I'm fasted or not. This weekend I won't have any caffeine just because I have been doing 2 a days this week. Can't wait to see how it affects me Monday morning for chest.

It's a great supplement for energy, I would have to say the best clean energy I've ever had. Take it before cardio or for you before you do your training for MMA, you'll be sweating like crazy. All around a great universal supp

Today was chest. I limited my caffeine intake this weekend so my receptors would be fresh for Monday. Saturday I had a small black coffee from dunkin donuts with my wife and Sunday I had a 1/2 a can of diet coke. This morning the level ll was a flowing!

    Incline BB bench
    135x10
    185x10
    195x10
    205x8

    Incline DB press
    75's x 10
    2x80 s x 10

    Flat BB press
    185x10
    2x205x10

    Feet elevated depth push-ups
    3x15

Flat Wide hammer grip DB press-ss-feet elevated push-ups
    3x55's x 10-ss-3x15 reps

Feet elevated diamond push-ups-ss-flat BB bench
    2x10 reps-ss-2x135x15

Chest was pumped like crazy! I wish I would of taken a pic but I was late getting done this morning, one of the best times my chest has ever looked. I've been watching my diet closer and all the lines are coming in nicely, but this could also be due to level ll helping out!

I've been tempted to take a coffee break soon, but I think it's been like 6-7 years since my last day off from coffee. I think a few years ago I did a decaf day and it wasn't a good one.

    Nice work my friend!

Basically the only caffeine is from my pre w/o. I lift in the morning so it helps me wake up nicely. On the weekends I don't lift cause I spend a lot of time with the family so I try to have no caffeine or very little. For me this helps my body not get used to caffeine/stims

Ok today was back. I woke up this morning feeling sh!tty. My wife has a flu bug and now I felt like I got it. Nauseated as hell still got the level ll down. Came downstairs and once I started to move around a bit I started feeling better

    Wide pull-ups
    3x8 reps

    Meadows rows
    3x45x10 each side
I love these, I think they are my new favorite back exercise

    Chins
    3x10 reps

    1 arm DB rows
    3x75's x 10

    Wide grip inverted rows
    3x10 reps

    Bent over BB row
    3x135x10
Very strict, not extending my arms all the way.

    Wide reverse grip inverted rows
    3x10 reps

    Deadlifts
    3x225x8

    Hammer grip pull-ups
    3x10 reps

    Suspension system face pulls
    3x10 reps
My traps and rear delt were burning like crazy

    Hammer grip inverted rows
    3x10 reps

I had a great non stop sweat going on, not like dripping or anything. My basement is very cool in the winter so I'm sure this plays into it. I kept the weights lower since I wasn't feeling the best but I shortened my rest periods after awhile, once my stomach started feeling better. After my workout I felt much better than I did when I woke up, I still went out and got me some 1,000 mg vitamin c.
