I'm pretty lean right now. My diet is normally really good. I don't have much to lose in the fat dept. I just can't get myself to do it, I guess it just comes down to time. Maybe if I had more right now I would definitely throw some in every other day.

I wish I had that time. I'm lucky to have my 1 1/2 hrs in the morning to lift. When I get home from work it's family time! I have twin boys that are 1 and a 1/2 years old, they keep me super busy. I have to rely on diet right now and my weight training to keep me lean. Maybe when they get a little older, I'll have more time in the evenings. Work is insane right now and then my father in law wants me to take over his business. So I've been working 2 jobs, I don't know how much longer that's going to last. Not enough time in the day.

I hear you man. I have a 3 1/2 year old and a 4 month old. the only time I get to lift is from 4am-530am or occasionally on my lunch break at work. I use that time for some cardio if i feel like it instead of weights or sleeping in.

I give you a lot of credit for making the time to lift. So many people make excuses, those like us make it happen.

I absolutely love it! Everyone is comparing this to alphamine, whatever. I'll be honest, I had a tub of alphamine and it barely did anything for me! I traded it the first second I got. The energy is so smooth with level ll and there is zero crash. Hands down this is the best pre/stim product I've used. Coming close in second is Game Day.

Alright today was shoulders, I was in kinda a time crunch so I dropped the weight and my rests were non existent. Let the games begin!

    Standing BB press
    3x135x10

Dropped the weight and proceeded to over and backs

    Standing over and backs
    3x95x8

    Seated BD press
    3x55's x 10
Rest's between sets were about 30 sec

    BB wide grip upright rows
    3x95x10

    DB lateral raises
    3x35's x 10

Incline bench rear delt raises w/plates (pinkies faced outward)
    3x10lb plates x 15 reps
Slow and controlled! Try them, they burn like crazy!

    Front raises
    1xBB reverse grip x 15
    1xBB normal grip x 15
    1x45lb plate x15

Let's just say the thermo kicked in. Like a mother fuc*er!

I'm out of town but I still made it to the gym today after work was finished. I went to a golds and it was really cool! I didn't log my workout but I just want to say that I was so full of energy it was crazy! I'll try to remember as much as I can. Today was my first day taking two scoops! I had to get up at 4:30 to leave so I sipped on it during my 3 hr drive and it woke my a$$ up quick and I had great energy the whole morning with no crash. My second scoop came around 3:00 before I hit the gym and damn, I worked out for almost 2 hrs! I just kept going.

Ok just want to make a note here that the thermo effect has kicked in like crazy on 2 scoops! My body is super warm and my cheeks are flush! Never felt this on one scoop just pre workout.

1 scoop level ll with 1 scoop PF3 Ran on the treadmill for 35 min! What, that's crazy, I just had energy and kept going. When I used to do cardio everyday I would do 20 min and couldn't wait till it was over. Today was a breeze! My cardio is based on the music that I'm listening to so it maybe slow, fast, sprint, incline walk, in line jog, etc. I was sweating like crazy!!!

Alright! I lifted with the one and only DJBeanPole today. He actually trained legs and I did back and biceps. His gym is bada$$, everything is brand new and they have everything you want to use and a sh!t ton of it. I actually tried some athletix high volume and the new PES amino IV. He has it all! I'll try to remember the workout as best as I can cause I didn't have my log.

The past two workouts have been insane like 2 hrs but I'm out of town on business and i have nothing else to do when I'm back home my typical lifting is roughly 1 hr to 1 hr 15 min, the Max would be 1 hr 30 min. But those days I would have longer rest periods if I'm lifting heavier than normal.
