Alright guys.

Time for size.

Supplements

EBF (obviously ?) : recompadrol, metabolic powder

PES/Analyzed supps: Anabeta, forskolin, dopadex

USP : I'm hoping on grabbing more prime and that's about it.

MN: X factor

Nutracore: massive RX, d aspartic, testrolean

Diet: Detox this week started today

Right now: 2300 calories a day 6 days cardio 40 min As the weeks go on I drop cardio and add 100 calories about 50-100 per week

Training :
Monday: chest (all incline)/ back (all row)
Tuesday: shoulders (all laterals and uprights)/ arms
Wednesday: glutes/quads
Thursday: abs
Friday: back (all pull downs)/ shoulders (all presses)
Saturday: hams/glutes
Sunday: abs

Trying to keep balance with my body Slowly doing everything.

Calories may stay at 2300 fr 3 weeks while dropping cardio. Cardio will stay in at 30 min 3x a week when all said and done.

Contest was Saturday. Went to town and was back on track yesterday at low calories and keto

Today I start my carb backload diet I try and get 2/3 my fat in and half my protein in meal one. And finish the rest meal 2 Today my cals will stop at 2100 BC I'm unsure about the macros on my roast beef due to 2 different readings in loseit app

2300 and dropping kcals during the week? shouldnt you be adding in back kcals?

Contest prep 2300. With during peak week I had cals 16-1800. But only 2 days at a time followed by refeed

For example

2500 cals refeed Sunday
2000 Monday (keto)
1900 Tuesday (keto) mom ate some chili
2400 Wednesday refeed
1900 thurs
1800 Friday
Saturday competition a **** ton of food
Yesterday 2000

Today will be 21-2200 BC like I said the count may be 100-200 calories off on the roast beef

Carbs start today for back load

Have to add some days I dropped to 1800 for a day or 2100 for a day. Fluctuates based on activity level that day. If I cut cardio short I dropped cals a tad ect

Weight yesterday was 171.6

Weight today 172.6

I haven't **** since Monday so I'm pretty sure that has something to do with weight gain

I'm definitely watching my weight during this reverse diet and while dropping the cardio

So I spoke to my friend (very well know bber and goes to every show), don't want to disclose name. However he stated

Conditioning was excellent
Need size on : arms, delts, pecs.

Different shorts.

My X factor shipped today and so excited to start it

Detox is comprised of:

Gotu kola
Dandelion
Celery seed
Burdock
Kidney bladder support (UVA ursi marshmallow ect)
Purity (nutracore 12 caps in stead of 6 a day)
Bee propolis
Chlorella
Colostrum
Caprylic acid

I'm using immune support in it obviously

I've been eating a can of pumpkin each night as superfood. As well as 2 tablespoon natural raw organic honey and cocoa powder

I also started the alive multi which ill continue to use moving forward.

Detox will stop by Monday

I will restart my arimistane in probably a week from Monday BC the massive rx has dhea-s. so ill 100% need it. But my estrogen was crushed for the show.

I used erase pro everyday last week and last few days I used 2-3 caps of it then stopped cold.

Carb backloading allows me dinner with my family tonight and it was awesome

3 cans potato
3 tablespoon honey
1 can pumpkin
4g salt give or take
2 teaspoon cinnamon
Stevia to taste

10oz chicken

Chicken was on too of spinach.

The potato and pumpkin were mashed together with almond milk about 30 cals worth. Didn't count it


Today I did a leg workout. Was awesome. Finished on stair master for 20 minutes. Then treadmill I walked for 20.

Workout:
Front squats. 5-6 sets
1 set back squats with light weight BC it's the exact exercise I herniated my disc on. But went super slow
4 sets hack squats
3 sets adduction
4 sets leg ext
3 set close stance heels touching machine press

Trying to hit that outter and inner sweep same time felt like it was working went fairly light

Holy hell. Is your cheat meal like 5000kcal of fried garbage, doughnuts and high fructose corn syrup?! That's an unreal supplement stack for just one meal.

It'll be high for sure

Weight is climbing 1-2 lbs since Monday


Cals still at 2300. Keeping them there till gain stops


I haven't really been going to the bathroom tho

Going back to the gym tonight for shoulders even tho they are sore.

My uncle had a stent put in today. Unplanned stent. But planned angio

Just really disappointed in some of the family stuff he's not doing properly. Him being a diabetic not eating right. It's carrying over to his eldest son. Who I need to really scare and put on track otherwise he will end up like my uncle

Just breaks my heart to see a family member not care about his health and not say much about what his son is doing to his. It's a real disservice to their health.

I know nothing I can do. But with holidays coming up and seeing them knowing what they eat everytime is goin to make me break and go crazy on thanksgiving

Cals a little over 2400. However.

Can of potatos is 2.5 serving at 14g per serving.

That makes it 35g carb. When scanned in its listed as 40 carb.

15 carb discrepancy when using 3 cans. So I'm looking at -60 cals. So I'm going to fix tht

Also had 2 sessions at gym
